Met Colum when we arrived..very friendly.. made us feel welcome straight away... gave us a great knowledge about the area and history..accommodation was quite/clean/and very comfortable..really enjoyed our stay there.. 5 star.

Great location for exploring the area which is beautiful. Colum is a great host, very respectful and a good knowledge of the area. The room is comfortable, home from home, fantastic shower, wee fridge also in the room, which is a great perk. The shower also had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for us which was a plus. Its lovely and quiet, which we love, so don't tell everyone 😉

One of two private rooms with separate entrances at back of house. Access to well kept garden area. Very peaceful area in outstanding location part way between DownPatrick and Strangford. CastleWard National Trust house just down the road. There was ample parking for several cars. Owner was very friendly. Would use again next time we visit nearby relatives.

I booked the accomodation as advertised a bed and breakfast. Only after making contact with the owner did I find out it was room only , breakfast was not provided. This wasn’t a problem on weekdays as there are places to get breakfast in Downpatrick. On Sundays many places are closed. It would be helpful if there was information about breakfast venues nearby in the room .

The room were spotlessly clean and very spacious. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The accommodation was lovely. Clean and extremely comfortable. The host was there to welcome us and was friendly and helpful. We were staying to attend the Motorcycle festival and the location was great. Would highly recommend 👌
