Excellent choice at breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Getting a balcony room with an ashtray is a big bonus for some of us. There is also a lift which is always a bonus for people with restricted mobility. The indoor pool is also great. We have stayed here before and will do again.

To get to the apartment we had to walk through the bar area & out to the back stairs past a smoking area which wasn’t pleasant with a child or if you wanted to ‘ drip ‘ your way back from the pool. There is a changing room at the pool however .

We had an up grade to an apartment which meant we each had a room, more space & cooking facilities ( everything was there including a dishwasher & washing machine) . The pool was a good size & clean . The bar & restaurant were both wonderful & staff friendly. Breakfast was included in price & had a great selection . All the food we ate at the restaurant was good.

Road by the hotel can be noisy especially late evening to night.

Location is good to visit St Peter Port. Good leisure facilities on site.

Noisy doors when they slam shut. Noisy motorcycles everywhere on the island. Noisy bin lorries in the middle of the nights.

I'd recommend getting a room at the back. We found the car park and people drinking on the terrace quite noisy.

A really friendly hotel. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. The pool and gym are great. We regularly visit Guernsey and will stay there again.

Great location for getting into St Peter Port. Bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

More hangers for towels in the bathroom and less furniture in the triple room. With the extra bed it felt a bit cramped. The curtains in the room are not enough to block the light.

Comfortable beds, very calm room (ask for one facing the garden), nice swimming pool and spa. Lovely garden and common areas. Big terrace. The restaurant is excellent and the service superb.

The room had no air conditioning and got very warm during the day. Sliding patio door was fine to cool the room but we couldn't leave it open at night due to the traffic on the road. But for air conditioning this would was a near perfect stay.

We found the location difficult, as it was necessary to climb a steep hill to get there, but there was a bus, so that was OK

Unfortunately my wife and I like to sleep with the window open which resulted in terrible road noise. Breakfast time could be quite chaotic when it was busy with the staff not replenishing the buffet until asked to do so.

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. On our day of departure we had an early flight and the hotel delivered a continental breakfast to our room which was also very good. The leisure centre was good which was kept clean. Our room was large with all amenities. A free courtesy bus was provided to take us to the center which ran twice a day.
