Going home

The view from our room of the mountains and countryside was stunning. Our hosts were delightful and provided every comfort. The breakfast was outstanding.

We had an excellent stay. The vibes of the room and house are cosy. Great views from our room, which was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and served at a good pace, by a very accommodating Claire. Vegan and vegetarian options were readily available. There’s a lovely farm with alpacas on site. The small details and touches made this stay outstanding like the homemade shortbread in the room!

We had a wonderful stay and the hospitality was exceptional. The room and breakfasts were very good value for the money plus the fresh eggs and local yarns were a great touch. There are plenty of critters around to keep you entertained and the scenery at the location is picture perfect. Would highly recommend Llwyn onn guest house.

Claire our host was very kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were superb, fresh fruit salad, fruit juice and yoghurt or cereals, followed by a great choice of freshly prepared cooked food. We stayed for eight nights walking in the local area and in Snowdonia.

We love Claire’s place, beautiful and clean, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing 🥳 sitting in the conservatory looking out at the chickens and the alpacas just roaming freely was lovely to see. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the rural element of this charming guesthouse and the proximity to nature. We were able to interact with the hens, ducks and alpacas that lived outside. We quickly formed a bond with our hostess who was very attentive and happy to share her knowledge of surrounding flora and fauna. She cooked a marvellous breakfast for us in the morning to set us up for our long journey home.

Lovely place, liked everything :)

The guest house was absolutely lovely, clean and very comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay immensely. The rooms are very cosy with beautiful view of the mountains. We had a fun time meeting their adorable Alpacas, ducks and chicken. The breakfast was really good and the hosts were lovely. We also got to take some fresh duck and chicken eggs home. Cant recommend the guest house enough.

Can't fault anything! Our stay was perfect!!

Warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Nice cosy rooms, with exceptional views. Everywhere was spotless. Lovely fresh breakfast. Enjoyed meeting the Alpacas, ducks, and hens. A lot of thought has gone into decoration and providing little extras to make guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.

We had the most wonderful one-night stay as a family of three. The guest house was cozy, clean, and beautifully set up for families. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided with a homemade shortbread was a — Bonus. What made this stay truly special was the garden with alpacas, chickens, and ducks — such a lovely surprise! The mountain view from our room was so lovely. Breakfast in the morning was homemade and absolutely delicious — fresh eggs, pastries, and locally sourced goodies, served with genuine warmth. The hosts Claire and Nigel were incredibly welcoming and clearly take pride in creating a peaceful, family-friendly environment. It was a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and charm. Highly recommend for families looking for something a little different and truly memorable

Had a wonderful warm welcome from Claire. The house is beautiful and in gorgeous setting, with a lake, chickens, ducklings and my personal favourite, alpacas. Claire could not have been more helpful and friendly. She informed us about the upcoming sunset, advising us where to watch it from. It was stunning. We fell in love with her friendly alpacas. The breakfast was delightful. Highly recommend
