This was our favourite stop of our trip. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was very large with a double aspect, comfortable and impeccably clean. Lovely location overlooking the loch with woods behind. Great area for wildlife. Super breakfasts. We would definitely revisit.

Fiona and Derek the owners of the property were excellent. The were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was superb. A special mention for the ‘employer of the month’. They will know who I mean. Would thoroughly recommend this B&B.

It could have been a little closer to villages, but then that would take away the charm too.

The room we had (room 3) was extremely spacious and comfortable. Good bed with canopy, two comfortable chairs and more. We loved it. The lake views are gorgeous. Hosts are very kind and welcoming.

Fiona was the perfect host, and while we only stayed for one evening, the property was beautiful and exactly what you want from a quaint country B&B - perched on the edge of a gorgeous, small loch, the rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, and Fiona was so helpful in getting us settled. Our only regret was leaving in the early early hours of the morning to catch a flight and missing her amazing breakfast!

This place is a jewel on the loch side. A beautiful home, finished to the highest possible standard. Fabulous views over Loch Achilty. The hosts, Derek & Fiona, made us very welcome and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was ideal for a relaxing, comfortable night. Breakfast was served when and how we wanted it, and set us up for the day ahead. Highly recommended.

Not a single complaint, everything was beyond perfect. My only recommendation to visitors, there are multiple lochview guesthouses in the Highlands - best to double check the location and pincode while booking and travelling.

Extremely charming property, with gorgeous views of the lake from a lush garden. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very generous and absolutely delicious. Fiona and Derek also gave us wonderful recommendations around the area. It was a perfect stay in every way, can't wait to visit again!

We have the most wonderful stay at the Guesthouse. We recomand It to everyone that likes quiet and peaceful environment. It’s tucked away by the beautiful lock surrounded by pine and leaf forest. Fabulous breakfast and warm and welcoming hosts puts you in the right atmosphere for adventures.

Really nothing! I did have heavy suitcases and it was difficult to maneuver over the gravel and up the stairs. Derek and Fiona took care of that for me.

Loved the house right on the Loch! Beautiful, well landscaped grounds. Very quiet and peaceful. Derek and Fiona go out of their way with amazing breakfasts and tips on places to go so that you enjoy your stay.
