Fantastic location, with lovely balcony looking over the lock. Had everything we could possibly need very very comfortable & loved the freestanding bath.

Nothing not to like.

Position & being able to go downstairs to the local cafe was great. They make a great breakfast.

The mattress needs to be replaced. It is well and truly past its best.

No reception was available since we reached late night.

Location is fantastic, instructions for checking in and out were easy, clean. Nicely decorated.

Only complaints: the bed was super uncomfortable; needs a new mattress. And walls are thin; could easily hear neighbors.

Location was great, loved the area and the town

It was not made clear that there would be no staff on site at any time, so that check in would be done a key safe (never heard of that term before) and that if we ran into a problem there was no information on who to contact or how. Very confusing check-in procedure was buried in a lengthy e-mail about COVID precautions. All of this should have been spelled out very clearly in big bold letters! Mattress was very uncomfortable - it had a huge dip in the middle of it on one side of our bed.

I could hear talking from the room next door through the wall from quite early in the morning. Would be okay if your neighbours laid in , in the morning !

Our room was spacious and overlooking the loch, it was nice waking up every morning with the sound of the water outside the window. The staff was friendly and accommodating. All the check-in instructions were given in advance. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the location stunning.

The tv does need an upgrade of channels.

Great location, comfortable beds and room

Location couldn't have been better. Very comfy.

Very large room and spotlessly clean. We only stayed for a night, but great location. Parking was a bit of a pain as we arrived late and there is only street parking which was full, but in the end we left the car and didn't get a ticket luckily. Otherwise this was a brilliant place to stay.

The location, the shower

We were 3 individual adults. One of the 3 beds in the room was a child bed, and as a result, one of us found the bed too small and unconformable.

The room was a positive surprise: the terrace offered a perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning. The view to the canal and the surrounding landscape was great.

There was a sign and prices for breakfast but it was t clear where to get the breakfast. The place underneath was grab and go only

Room a tad small with a dog as well

Everything is in the room you need with a fantastic view over the loch’s the room is always very clean
