shower tray drain is slow and bathroom need some new silicone amd refreshment , but it was clean and nice

❤️❤️❤️I couldn't ask for more really. Entire 2 bedroom flat at more than reasonable price. All rooms are furnished , kitchen well equipped , washing machine , fridge , even air fryer . Bed was comfortable and beddings fresh and clean . Private, secure parking . Very quiet , I didn't hear one sound over night. I slept like a log despite insomnia I suffer for years . Shower is powerful and hot. Lots of towels, toilet tissues and even shower gel was provided .I Will definitely recommend to friends and I will be back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only negative was the small double bed. It appeared to have been repaired. Our daughter and granddaughter were concerned that it might break with 2 in the bed. One decided to use one of the futons instead!

There was nothing to dislike, it was everything that we needed and more.

We loved that the space had everything we needed and was spacious/comfortable. Our hosts were so accommodating and really put us at ease when travelling for the first time with an infant by allowing us to check in earlier and by having everything we needed in the kitchen area for feeds. The location was also perfect due to the close proximity to the venue we were visiting. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Location was 10mins from the beach (driving) and was central in the town. It was ideal as a base to see family in Southport. And nice to have a dedicated parking space too.

The knives in the kitchen are a disaster, completely blunt, and you can't cut anything with them. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and worn.

The apartment was nice, clean, and very conveniently located. We didn't have a car, but there was a parking space right outside.

Great location for Formby Village and transport links: Merseyrail. Only 30mins from Liverpool by train. Fine for a couple or small family. Great TV. Adequate kitchen facilities. Excellent shower room.

Beds were a little uncomfortable at first (thin sprung mattresses, memory foam would have been nice), but didn't keep me awake once I got settled.

Excellent communication from the host, easy access, a quiet location (but less than 5 minutes from the pubs and Waitrose!) We didn't check in until 11:30pm and left at 10am, so didn't use the kitchen/TV/garden etc, but everything seemed fine. Spotlessly clean, plenty of books and games if you are bringing children. If we are ever working in the area again, we'll seek this place out!

Ideal location, parallel with the village. We stayed in a ground floor - ideal for parking and getting luggage/pram in and out. Great space, very kindly left us milk so we could make tea/coffee (that was also provided) Bathroom great, with shower (sealant could do with some attention) enough towels. Stayed in November - heating very effective. Large double bed was so comfy, access to small secure garden.. smaller double mattress not as comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Wifi good. Great instructions from hosts. Will stay again.

A little maintenance was needed but did not effect our stay.

Property was clean and functional. Location was in a town centre so was near to shops and places to eat. It is an area that requires a car to get around.

The main security gate clearly isn't used however, the parking space was available. I found the mattress in the main bedroom to be a little thin, but still slept OK.

Flexible on "Check In" time Everything was clean, tidy, and looked "New". Connection to the Wi-Fi simple and worked. Everything I thought I might need was there, even some milk - not sure if this is part of the standard welcome!
