Very very Grubby It felt so dirty and am so gald to be home Wouldn’t stay again I have a baby and dint feel nice to be staying in a caravan in this state Curtains had a big hole in Patio doors were getting stuck and had to slam is shut and unable to lock from the outside Chairs outside broken Hairs on the cooker I even requested for it to be cleaned throughly due to having a baby with health conditions Smelt like dog when we walked in Carpets and chairs very dirty Wish I read the reviews before I stayed (my own fault ) Very unhappy

wifi was an issue,caravan lounge furniture needed a good clean and shower head not clean enough for me to use,lack of welcome pack/book in caravan

Shower wasn’t clean and the sofa needs updating- quite uncomfortable . Decking needs cleaning too.

The cleaning if any was very poor on arrival, dirty cotton buds on the floor, dirty shower cubicle and generally unclean throughout. The TV had limited channels and very poor reception

Unfortunately it wasn’t that clean, cutlery had bits of food on them I had to wash them all before use, as the cups they had tea stains in them, the settee was very uncomfortable, couple of bed protectors were stained, one side of decking handrail had come away very dangerous, outside furniture is very rusty, location is on main road and noisy.

Didnt have breakfast , evening meal only ,yes ok, Staff polite friendly no issues. Reception staff polite friendly. Actual holiday site clean tidy no issues.

Only one shelf in the oven made cooking for 4 adults a little hard, also no frying pans, towel shelf broken in the main bathroom, outside chairs broken so nothing to sit on, on the veranda so we couldn't really enjoy it.

Caravan location good, liked the ability to close off the kitchen, big tv and veranda nice. Close to the beach.

On Arrival, the Unit was filthy, from the entrance mat was dirty, the furniture had dirty hands prints on, and the Settee was Brown with Dirt as was the Carpet. The glass had been wiped over with dirty wet cloth as it dried all smeerly and dirty, the nets had blood and grime on them, the curtains had never been washed. There was crumbs everywhere. The bathroom were dirty, the beds were dirty as well as the mattress protectors, we had to go and buy quilt sets and bed linen. It was just competely Grubby. We had a 3 night stay and only stayed one, had to book Hotel in Great Yarmouth at my own cost. The Patio door had sropped so was hard to open and close. The TV didnt work and i had to play with Ariel to get anything. The unit is right by entrace and main road, very niosey. There is an amusements accross the road that is so niosey and finally ended about 11.00. The bedroom is directly opposite. I complained and only got back from them saying, they generally have very high standards, and cleaners are second to none, made me laugh. They need to be sacked if i had my way. If i had read the past comments of people who stayed i would have been aware of this before i went. The offered me one nights refund which im still waiting for. I would ideally liked a full refund. It cost me 2 nights at a hotel in the end because i couldnt stay there, it was Grim and filthy. I really could go on and on with the faults and grime found in every room, but you get the idea. All i would say is be aware and read all the comments before booking. I hate to do reviews like this, however its not fair on people to spend what is a lot of money to families and only receive a sub standard property. Just cleaning and a little of attention to detail would help.

The location of the caravan wasn't great , as nice as the arcade was we didn't realise it was gonna be next door ,lights and noise not conducive with a relaxing break . also right next to the road and entrance to park , noisy buses , cars and Gary boys with loud sound systems till the early hours ,street light on all night lighting up the whole caravan . neighbouring caravan occupants turned up sometime in the early hours and parked 2 foot from us shining torchs through our windows . never like to leave negative feedback and we had a lovely family evening but we all had an awful much disturbed night's sleep so sadly after booking three nights we left after just one .

The cliffs and beach were lovely , the caravan was large and comfortable and really nice . The pink palace arcade and bebe Rais loaded fries were great 👍

Seteein lounge was dirty bedding very poor decking was filthy treas so much over grown down side of decking the double bedroom was so dark you couldnt get ready in there the window on the single room wouldnt stay open and on the last morning the power went so we couldnt have a drink or eat so all in all very disapointed also the doors were very dirty never been wiped

The accommodation was lovely and well worth the money. It was spacious, modern and in a great location on the site. On site there is so much to do for children and all of the staff are really friendly.

It was a lovely, clean, cosy caravan well equipped for a short stay. The beach was so close. Absolutely perfect with children.

I was so excited to stay here but felt let down once arrived. Furniture all stained, one with blood. Carpet stained too. Quite dusty on the shelves. My daughter had to sleep on the Sofa bed as the singles wasn’t any good. Sofa bed mattress had blood on too. The main bedroom was dark as the bushes were overgrown outside. Bed mattress needs changing too. Longer doors hard to close. All in all, very disappointed. Fridge needs defrosting . The whole place need renovation,

Perfectly saturated for easy access to the beach. The park was a very well kept and friendly staff walking around. Caravn So spacious. Loved the decking and gate - especially with the dog. Kitchen well equipped.

No WiFi box at all so couldn't get TV working at all. Even tried to use mobile hot-spot but it didnt help. If we had a week or longer there it would have been a little difficult especially if the weather was bad.

Van was brilliant and location was excellent . Clean van spacious and great value fir money.

When we arrived it was cold in caravan, had to sleep on sofa for first night as had to use fire/heater to keep warm. But we got got in touch with them and advised us on what to do with the heating and then it was all good

The master bedroom is bit damp and colder than the other rooms for some reason but nothing major.

Location of unit and the lockable decking, the TV is a fab size for a caravan and the kitchen is sticked with what u need to cook clean etc whilst there .

We knew beforehand that the TV did not have DVD player. We brought our own, but cables weren't long enough to reach the TV connections, so we made our own make shift shelf! Also, no biggy, we had to retune the TV to get the Freeview channels. It was very hit and miss as to whether the Freeview channels worked. It kept 'glitching' during programmes. Not a massive deal to us, as we mainly watched DVD's, or streamed from my phone. Just a pointer. Key lock box was described as black box in property details, but we arrived late at night during heavy rain and we found it really difficult to locate - until we realised it was actually a white box! I think we may have entertained our neighbours though! We had to sweep the patio ourselves, as it was full of leaves and since we had a small dog, we did not want her walking in leaves from the decking. They were not 'fresh', they were well embedded in the decking, so I don't believe it had been done recently, although, I could be wrong.

We liked the layout of the caravan. Sofa/ chairs and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was a decent size. Full size fridge freezer was great for us, as we cooked all of our meals in the van. TV was massive, like being at the cinema! Heating and hot water worked really well and caravan held the heat overnight, which was really good.
