Reviews of Lovely Entire Flat with Private Balcony in Euston-Central London

The property is in an excellent location, close to Euston train station and Euston Square tube station. They were both within a 5 minute walking distance. The property was also clean and secure.

The floorboards were creaky which wasn’t ideal during the night when someone went to the toilet, and the one double bed in the bedroom also creaked every time you rolled over in it, however these are minor issues and didn’t effect our stay. The flat is also very hot but there are fans provided which helped a lot

Building work opposite HS2, and the pub outside the bedroom! Was sooooo noisy last night as really hot and had to have windows open. Children disturbed until 11.30pm

Very close to Euston station, with a Sainsbury’s local very close. Ideal if looking for one night. Not the nicest area, but fine for what we needed. Surprisingly, quiet. Great that fans were supplied, as warm evening. Communication from the host was brilliant!

Check out at 10am was a bit of a rush for a family, with only one bathroom. We could have done with a hand towel. The bathroom is a bit tired. The cleaner actually buzzed to be let in 10 minutes before check out time, so we felt a bit rushed.

The location was excellent. There was everything you needed. The place was clean and the host was accommodating and answered any questions promptly

While the flat was clean, it wasn’t hotel level of clean. We booked for 6 guests and only received 5 towels and no hand towel in bathroom or bath mat. The flat was incredibly warm however the fans provided did keep us cool.

We visited during the hottest weekend of the year and its was a little bit warm with the heating on. There was also a short delay in getting access to the property but once we contacted the host they sorted it pretty quickly

We cancelled our original accommodation and opted for this one as it had better reviews and I'm so glad we did! The host was easy to communicate with and offered us lots of help during the course of our stay, probably one of the best hosts I've dealt with (and there have been a few!) The location was great, we wanted something with easy access to all of London, with it being so close to Euston everywhere is only a short tube journey. Even though it's close to the station it's very quiet. We heard no internal noise from the other apartments either. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We were staying there as a group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). The rooms were spacey and we didn't feel on top of each other. Comparing this apartment to others in the area and the difference in price I definitely think this is the best option. We looked at lots of other apartments in the area with similar reviews that were nearly twice the price of this one! Definitely great value for money. We would stay here again if travelling to London.

Some parts could do with a little tlc but for the price and location it's a bargain!

The communication with the host was good, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was warm, which we appreciated.

The cleanliness was quite superficial — there was noticeable dust in the corners. The floorboards were extremely squeaky, making it impossible to walk without disturbing others in the next room. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.

We spent one night after a late night arrival from France and an early departure the following morning. We wanted a place close to the train station, so the location was the reason for choosing this place. Clean, comfortable beds. Relatively spacious. The kitchen seemed well equipt, but we did not use it. Communication with the owner qas great.

There is some noise from the train station. It is not very loud, but is heard at night. The main issue for us was the squeaky floor that sounded with ever step one makes. The neighborhood did not feel pleasant when we arrived late at night, but in the morning we saw many restaurants around.

Very convenient location in central London! It was a bit hard to find at first, but once get the door and passcode figured out, the entire stay was completely cozy and easy! The host Hannah is especially nice to answer all questions promptly, super friendly and helpful! The flat is clean and spacious, hence the price is of good value!
