Sharing a bathroom with many people taking showers at the same time of day was a bit inconvenient. People leaving the floor wet etc. People were coming and going at strange times and some were quite noisy.

I booked 2 nights here to take my son to the theatre as we live in Newcastle area. I think it was very good value for money and served us fine because it suited us for our needs for a short stay. The communication from staff was excellent prior and during our stay. I would come here again under similar circumstances. I felt safe with my son, it was very easy to navigate all over London from this location.

Beds are not having any space under them, which is bit awkward when you walk around and you can see it on the sides of the beds. TV was great until it started to fell of the wall. My sister had to hold it, while I called the owner. Owner told is he will come in two hours (LOL) and we had to remove it from the wall completely (which was not hard). When we came back from the city walk, the TV was fixed.

The price was reasonable, a small table and a hanger on the door. One more hanger would be great. Internet connection was good, shared bathroom was OK, although it was quite often full. TV with internet. Location was great, close to Camden and with very good connections to the city centre, train station etc.

Pretty simple, which is exactly what we paid for. TV wasn't connected to any channels nor streaming services so it was kind of useless and not a necessary addition to the space.

Great option for the 1 night we stayed before heading out on the train the next morning. Location was great as the room was about a 5 minute walk from one of the cooler neighbourhoods in London. Good value for money. Got everything we expected. The little desktop fan was a nice touch too.

Bearing in mind the flat was one of the cheapest for the weekend I visited London, I cannot expect too much. However, the flat was relatively well rated and my stay was worse than expected. I thought the flat really needed a little bit of care to improve the experience. The bottom toilet was close to breaking. The bathroom on the top floor could have been kept a bit cleaner. Considering there are 5 rooms sharing the flat, you do expect a little bit more.

Location is OK. Quite quiet.

It's a small flat with multiple bedrooms and the walls are quite thin. There was some mold on the walls behind the bed that should be cleaned. Otherwise, the room is super simple but okay for the price.

It is alright for a few nights if you are on a budget and just want a place to sleep when exploring London. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants and public transport within walking distance. The price is fair.

The property bathroom screams for a good clean. I am glad that we stayed only one night and didn’t have to use it much. It would not cost much money and effort to give it a lick of paint and thorough clean.

Mold in the bathroom and front door wasn't always shut properly by the other guests so we arrived home multiple times with the front door slightly open.

The matress was uncomfortable. Apart from that, it was all ok, we would book it again, the price is good for that location. But if you’re looking for a fancy place this might not be your choice.

The apartment is perfectly located, close to lively Camden town but quiet neighborhood. We had the big room with the kitchen, it was nice that we could also sit outside, although the “garden” is not really well maintained but it was good enough for us. There was free coffee and tea. Bathroom was clean.

The property bathroom screams for a good clean and an upgrade. I understand that this is a budget accomodation but there is a difference between budget and rough. The bathroom is definitely in the latter category.

The location is absolutely spot on. 2 min walk from the underground station which connects you with all the ‘must sees’ in London. Very nice Greek restaurants, proper pubs, breakfast spots AND the best fish and chips (Chris’s fish and chips) in a 2-5min walking distance. The hosts are super nice and the block of flats has got surprisingly serene inner courtyard with benches and semi domesticated squirrels and foxes. We loved hanging out with these guys in the late evenings.

The room was clean and very quiet, which is remarkable considering the location. All we could hear was seagulls. Sharing the bathrrom was not an issue, we found it mostly free, and it was clean. The staff sent us detailed instructions for check in and met us promptly at the agreed time. We loved the comfort of the bed and pillows! The amount of space in the room fits the budget but the fact that it was clean, safe, and quiet compensated for it.

Minimal extra facilities beyond bed, bathroom and shared kettle, but what more do you need! We had a noisy arrival late at night in the room next door - obviously no fault of the hosts, just what you get with a budget flat situation!

Great value room for London if you are just looking for somewhere safe, comfortable and close to town to sleep at night! Hosts friendly and responsive and place was super clean.

The rooms themselves are very small with very little floor space and a shared bathroom. However, it served my purpose for a day for transit through London.

Staff was very helpful in accommodating us for an early check-in. James even helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. The place was tidy.
