Everything was great, the only thing to note is that although the curtains in the rooms are blackout, there is still some light coming through the edges, so guests who are very sensitive to light should bring an eye mask if they want total obscurity. That's what we did as we always travel with eye masks and slept very well.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated by the host, Mark. We slept very well. The poster bed on which we slept was very comfortable and cosy. Location is good, not far from the Commons and the Town centre, accessible on foot (20min walk). Mark was very kind and let us leave our luggage as there was no booking after us. Modern and clean bathroom with good water pressure.

Great to have parking on site for a small to medium car, just a little manoeuvring required. Neighbour with the garage doors was pleasant and explained the necessity to park as close as possible to the Fuchsia or he couldn’t get into his garage.

The apartment is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, you could even entertain here such is the wealth of appliances and excellent standard of utensils. Very much appreciated the milk, coffee pods, washing machine and tabs also bathroom amenities.

As we had a works vehicle it was too large to park outside the property in the designated spot, so had to park out on the main road. Though, we could access the courtyard to unload our kit on arrival and it was only a minute walk to the main road which Mark had already sorted permits for, so in fairness not much of a negative!

A lovely little property that suited all our needs whilst we were working in the area. Comfortable beds, great shower and the addition of fans in the bedrooms were a godsend, due to it being over 30 degrees that week. Conveniently located within a short walk of some great pubs and eateries which we found top class. Mark was a great host and was on hand to answer any questions quickly including sorting parking permits.

Aggressive parking notices from neighbour was really off putting. Driving a Honda jazz we couldn’t have been closer to the wall - ignored it because we didn’t want it to ruin our holiday and it was a bit embarrassing on them they couldn’t just knock and ask us to move. but had we been staying longer we probably would have complained. Not the hosts fault - but obviously an ongoing civil issue.

Great location and really cosy place. We were going to a party at the spa hotel which was great and in walking distance from house. Everything you’d need and loved bottled water in fridge. Thank you for letting us use washing machine. Host really helpful prior to our stay. The place was very clean and fun!

Parking was a little tight for a big car you would struggle however the host offered a parking permit for on road parking a 2 minute walk away so wasn’t an issue if there was more than one car or a larger car

I really don’t think there’s anything to say here. I would very much recommend using this as a base for a very enjoyable visit to Royal Tunbridge Wells

This is the first time we’ve opted for this type of stay over a hotel. We weren’t disappointed it was clean, beautifully decorated although I’m still trying to figure out why one of the chairs was on the table 🤭. The property had everything we needed and and everything was good quality lovely shower lovely rooms and the owner had left some milk and water in the fridge which was very kind and much appreciated. The location is very quiet and although our car was quite big, we still managed to tuck it into the allocated parking space quite easily. The property isn’t the easiest to find, but that wasn’t a problem because the owner had provided photographs which proved very useful.

Having no television in the property did not really affect us, as we were out most of the time. I could see it being an issue for some people if they were stuck in doors due to bad weather though

❌The apartment has everything perfect, but there were no televisions in the living room and bedroom, but that wasn't a problem because there was good wifi to see netflix on my laptop 💻.

This is one of the most perfect and cozy apartments I have stayed in. It is located in the city center with all the shops nearby within a 5-minute walk. ✅The kitchen is complete and has several pans so you can make lots of food without having to buy anything. ✅The decor was so vintage, I felt like I was in the 80s. The bed was one of the most comfortable and smelly I slept in the week I was there. ✅There is private parking in front of the house, just a little narrow to park the car. ✅Wifi fast,good bathroom ,strong shower washing machine,dishwasher. ✅The owner allowed an early check in and a late check out, but I left in the morning. ✅I can't forget to mention a sculpture of a man with glasses that is in the room, identical to the Brazilian singer Raul Seixas🤣🤣.

Better instructions to find the accommodation as it was a slight challenge and my sat nav did not get me there and had to rely on walking around to find it! Stairs were quite steep so nightlights might be helpful to avoid leaving hall lights on.

Very comfortable with lots of character and the best equipped kitchen we have come across (just like home) so self catering was so straightforward. All the little touches were thought through.

The only negative is the taste of the tap water, but that’s quite normal for some areas of Tunbridge Wells!
