The restaurant could be better (food quality, choice, tables cleanliness)

Excellent location, nice clean rooms with great views for most. Food is average but there are other options in and around Lulworth Cove. Breakfast was very good.

A fridge in the room would be helpful. Having brought some local.produce to enjoy on the balcony, there was nowhere to store it and we were in a heatwave. The balcony seating was comfy but the area would benefit from the same decor and attention that the inside of the hotel has.

A superb view from the outdoor space and such lovely and high quality finishes and touches. Friendly and helpful staff. Great menu and service at all meals. Will most definitely be back!

The tills werent working at dinner which was frustrating for staff and dinner service as a little slow

Callum was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the room was cosy and nicely decorated. Location is fantastic. Dinner was good too.

Busy streets in the morning with walkers outside your window, dinner service from the kitchen was slow and the meals ordered were not exactly as described due to shortages but we were not made aware until we raised this to the staff.

Good views, seaside style room decor, comfortable bed, clean, close by public car park, excellent staff. Excellent breakfast.

The property is furnished and decorated well. The location is amazing with beautiful views out onto the cove.

Parking is in the main tourist car park so have to carry your bags across but not really a problem if you’re travelling light

Amazing location, busy as you’re right in the cove ‘tourist area’ but it’s quiet enough to relax. Any can access Durdle Door (although a steep walk) and the cove easily

No privacy from pub garden (some voil curtains would help) uncomfortable balcony furniture, the picture shows a bath in the room, but there wasn't one, which didn't bother us but might some people. Seemed expensive for what it is.

Staff was really lovely. They were well versed in the menu but sometimes couldn't answer question what was in a dish how to operate something on the breakfast buffet. Not a big deal though.

The staff was very Friendly's und the Inn was lovely.

Lovely clean room with a sea view on the 2nd Floor. This hotel is in a lovely location with a great food menu, excellent drinks choice made even more special by the brilliant staff who made my wife and I feel welcome from the moment that we arrived. The picture I have attached is the view from the room.

We had only one complaint and it wasn’t the fault of staff or inn, there was some very noisy guests in the room I think was next to us, young girls I think laughing giggling and banging door until 2 am, impossible to sleep.

Loved our room and the view was beautiful. You could not fault the staff they were helpful and friendly, they really couldn’t do enough for us.

We didn’t have a fridge in the room and the food we had in the pub in the evening was absolutely fine but not great - would recommend exploring elsewhere for dinner if you’re a foodie.

The room was lovely - clean, cosy, beautiful view (sea view room), good facilities. Great location. Staff really kind and accommodating. Quite a romantic little hideaway and I would recommend to a friend!
