The cooker needs the ovens knobs changing as one if them is faulty and you couldn’t turn it off easily.

Excellent caravan. Not sure what the other reviews have against it as it was perfect for all the family. Wonderful little beach on site. Also great dog walk which had brilliant views. All Dorset attractions Studland. Sandbanks and Weymouth were a drive away.

Once booked paid Passes for all as not included in price? You had to book all activities inc swimming up to 12 weeks in advance? As booked couple weeks before didnt understand system? The outdoor pool had to queue for hour beforehand in sun. Could stay all day but have been better if 2 hour slots on demand?

Excellent location caravan easy to walk to everything. The facilities were amazing for kids with first class Entertainment.

Could not get the fire to work but central heating was great & once warm, we didn’t need it.

Great location for a Christmas break to visit family. Dog friendly so furry friend could join us!

Inside covered In ants on arrival had to go buy ant killer killed them within 11/2 days. - all cutlery saucepans mugs were all filthy ( choose to eat out and just washed 2 breakfast cereal bowls a 2 mugs 2 spoons and kept to those left everything else as it was.wasnt allowed to buy entertainment passes as was told the site was closed to public due to children’s football tournament !!!! So we wernt able to use any facility’s. People in a caravan nr by loud music/shouting/screaming/singing etc till 12:30-1am.on Friday sat and Sunday. At 1.35am 12-15 young teens running amuck banging on caravans and throwing blocks of concrete and jumping on /off a platform on vacated caravan area next to ours that would have been number 25. I got told to Fxxxoff when I asked them to stop. The next morning found the table and seats of our caravan were tipped over. On Monday 5 older girl/boy teens congregated near our kitchen window to smoke ( smelt like weed!!!) were talking about getting into the vacant caravan ( no 23) one of the girls violently tried to open the door but saw me watching them and ran off.

The caravan looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was food on the plates in the cupboard, the cutlery, pots and pans were not clean, cooker hadn't been cleaned. Fridge and freezer didn't look to have been cleaned/checked as there was an ice cream left in there. Tissue, receipt and other rubbish under the beds in the twin room I stayed in with granddaughter. All sorts of rubbish - food, hair grips and paper under the cushions on the sofa (the cushions worked their way out and I saw this when I was putting them back).

Only downfall was the view. We didn’t have one. The lounge window faces a tree and back of other caravans but that’s not a problem unless you want a view.

It was fully equity with absolutely everything we needed. Some family dvds in the caravan which were great in the evenings. Everything you need to cook.

I had such an amazing time! Everything was even better than I expected, from the fantastic location and the spotless Caravan, to the fun activities at Rockley Park, topped off with perfect weather.

No outside seating area, no folder with information about the site or surrounding areas. The caravan unfortunately had an unpleasant smell and not clean in areas which we did speak to owner (not his fault as employs cleaners) who was very good & rectified it, but as we began to use utensils etc these were found not to be clean.

Absolutely great location to enjoy time with family and relax from daily work routine. Lots of activities for kids. The caravan itself was clean, cozy and meet our expectations in any possible way. Surely gonna come back next year especially thanks to such a helpful and available at any time owner. Thx
