Welcoming. Lovely breakfast. My daughter rang to arrange a bottle of bubbly, and I since found out that the hotel didn't charge!

This is a no frills, old school London hotel, which we knew, so that isn’t a dislike but good to be aware. Single beds in our twin were very narrow, not very comfortable, but was only for one night.

Great location; really friendly staff, who let us check in early and held our bags the next day; simple speedy cooked breakfast in the morning was spot on. Clean bathroom and decent shower.

Felt check out time of 10 was a little early. Some people may find all the stairs a problem but. Fine for me.

Not far from Victoria station, super friendly staff and the bonus of a cooked breakfast included in the price.

We were 3rd floor, no lift so was quite a walk (although we were told this before arriving). The ceiling fan was totally silent (so didn't disturb at night time) but was very needed as the room was very warm / hot (but again, we were told this before arriving) The street below is quite noisy, so bring ear plugs!

The staff are all so welcoming and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast service is so efficient and friendly - they were very generous with offering is plenty of food! Location top notch with the bus outside.

AC would be the only improvement- and they said they are hoping to have that upgrade soon.

The staff are exceptional. Mark, Tony, Bernard, and the front desk lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) were so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. When we needed directions, we were given a map, directions on how and where to catch the bus, how the subway and bus systems worked, and best options. We got a whole list of local restaurants that were recommended. My suitcase had broken, and I asked about a store that might have small screws to fix it, and they let me borrow a screwdriver and gave me a whole set of small parts to choose from, so I could fix my luggage! Breakfast was amazing- good coffee, full breakfast options each day, with great service from the above. They are a full service family company! We were lucky to have a basement room, which was wonderful, because it was a heat wave when we were there, and there is no AC, but our room was cooler, and had a fan to blow on us all the time.

We were warned of both these things in advance so it doesn't detract from the overall rating - but be aware there is no lift and some of the rooms are up several flights of stairs. This was fine for us, but may be tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Also, no air conditioning. There were fans in the room that helped a lot, but the room was quite warm. This was fine for us, as the weather was 23/24 degrees while we stayed there, so we managed with the fans. However, I imagine if it was any hotter it wouldn't be pleasant.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. All the essentials were there. The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast, while basic, was superb and filling. The location is fantastic, less than 10 minute walk from Victoria & Pimlico stations. Honestly, couldn't fault it for the price!

The decor could maybe do with a bit of a refresh but it didn't detract from the comfort and location. There's no lift so I'd say not suitable for people with very poor mobility. I was a little worried as I have arthritis in my knee, however, the steps are relatively shallow and there are landings to rest on the way up if needed and therefore didn't cause me much of an issue.

Every staff member was excellent, Mark particularly couldn't have been more helpful! Excellent location, the 24 bus stop is right outside and goes to Camden passing various tourist hotspots on the way. Top tip, each person has to pay with a different card, so make sure you are organised. It was a gentle 10-minute or so stroll from Pimlico Tube station and a 12-minute walk to Victoria station in the other direction. The double room with its ensuite was functional, and the street was quiet. Breakfast was included and a welcome start to the day, pleasantly surprised how good the coffee was!!

I wouldn't change a thing, other than increasing my length of stay.

The staff at Luna was amazing, friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They took their time to explain the sites, restaurant suggestions, traveling on the Underground, and tips on departing from Heathrow. They made me feel at home, even for just a short stay. Breakfast was the perfect way to get the day started, and theirs was light and delicious but not over-filling. The location was excellent, short walks to transportation and awesome restaurants. It felt like you were just a stones throw from all the major sites, yet enough removed from the hustle and bustle to provide for peaceful sleep.

The mattress is slightly too soft/bouncing?

The location is absolutely convenient, I’d definitely recommend the property to anyone who has flight in Gatwick. The surrounding is also quite nice, not too noisy at night. The fans are very helpful especially in the scorching summer heat

The hotel needs some renovations. The bathroom sink is uncomfortable - there is a glass shelf between the mirror and the sink, which is so low, that you hit your head while washing if you don't want everything to get wet.

Perfect location, beautiful victorian building and wonderful staff!
