It was a very clean and comfortable caravan in a quiet, sunny area.

A few cosmetic things to fix like one bedroom door does not close and a handle of a drawer in the kitchen needs replacing for access.

Had an amazing family holiday in this cozy caravan! The location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. Host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a wonderful place for a family getaway!

Only downside was the slow Wi-Fi connection, but aside from that, we had a fantastic time!

Caravan was beautiful & spacious & in a great spot away from hustle & bustle. WiFi, Netflix, towels & few games for the kids.

I think the caravan next door was also being rented out, 2 different families came each night & were quite noisy on the evening but that is out of control of my holiday. I was dissapointed not to have been notified that I would need to buy a 3 day pass to use the pool & take the kids to the disco & that 1 day passes were not available so it would have been £84 for 1 day. I knew I would need to buy a pass but the office wasn’t open when we arrived so would only have been valid on the final day so the kids were dissapointed when I had to tell them we couldn’t use the facilities 😕

This felt like being in a home away from home. Lovely furnishings, in the perfect location - super comfortable and warm! The accommodation was 10/10. The host was communicative all the way through- there wasn’t anything more we could have asked for.

The accommodation was perfect but if we had to ‘nit pick’ the Haven play passes were ridiculously overpriced for our short stay - this didn’t matter to us as we wanted to explore the culture and go to Edinburgh (which was a short enough drive plus there is a 24hr bus service from site too) Others may want to factor this into the cost of their holiday but for us, it didn’t matter and wouldn’t deter us from going again.

The owner was very accommodating, and helped us with everything we needed. Location was fantastic. Wonderful view, and very relaxing atmosphere. Complete with parking. Great place for the kids. Mini market close by.

Very close to Edinburgh geographically, though with traffic on the weekend, it took at least 45 minutes in each direction to the city center. the twin bed room had small and tight beds, and are more suitable for kids under 12.

We stayed here as a family with three children (ages 15, 9, and 3), along with myself, my husband, and my sister — and it was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. The caravan was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, giving us extra time for check-out, which was a big help when traveling with children. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about — everything exceeded our expectations.

The caravan was well equipped and a superb location close to Edinburgh. It is a very nice place with a mini market, swimming pool, laundrette, and restaurant ( all at an extra cost). Felt like a home away from home 🏡

Caravan well equipped and situated in a quiet area of site

Twin rooms are very compact (Beds not suitable for adults) Disappointed with Seton Sands as a holiday site. Not great for kids 3 and under. £50 for adult pass to take toddlers swimming as too young for entertainment.

    Property response:

Thanks Kathleen for your review. This is prestigious Swift Bordeaux caravan model 2023. All the bedrooms are standard for the caravan and definitely suitable for adults. If you require house or hotel rooms please next time book appropriate accommodation, not caravan. Moreover review related to Haven site should go to Haven website I think. This is private listing. Our aim is to bring the highest standard on the site and we do our best to ensure that guests feel in our caravans taken care of. Good luck! Jadwiga

Location of caravan was good. Had everything you could ask for fridge/freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, utensils. Didn't need to eat out as the caravan had a nice dining area.

There was dirty sheets left on the dining table when we arrived. When we were away for the day, someone came to service the boiler. We were not advised of this. Oven had been on, hoover left out and caravan very hot on a extremely hot day! Issues with the shower room lock, couldn't get in initially, messaged reception but no acknowledgement. Eventually sorted the issue ourselves.

Surprisingly pleasant - we felt the need to extend our stay.

The WiFi and mobile network coverage in the area is poor. Couldn't stay connected continuously on the WiFi, and the mobile phone coverage wasn't working either. It wasn't a problem for us as it helped keep the kids off the Internet- but if you need great connectivity (say for work) might be a bother
