We had a wonderful stay at the Luxee apartment over the weekend. The host was extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The apartment itself was beautiful, exactly what we needed for our visit, and located in a lovely area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again.

Nothing in particular, but it is located above a train track (track is below) so trains will be passing by often, and they can be quite noisy. Other than that, everything was fine.

The apartment was very modern and clean. Great location for what I needed. The host was in constant contact to make sure we were happy. Meetings over run, which meant checking in later than planned, but this was no issue. I will stay again in the future.

The host, David, is warm, welcoming, and friendly. He remained professional and reachable, providing me with relevant information. The accommodation is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to travel to the city of London and tourist attractions. I was welcomed with snacks in the kitchen, and the place was clean with a nice terrace offering a good view of the city. The location was perfect for my needs—close to transport and within walking distance from Excel, as well as near shops. The apartment was in a modern block, very comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for both leisure and working trips to Excel.

Near to DLR - but noise wasn't too distracting.

The host Davud, is warm, welcoming, friendly and remained professional and reachable providing us with relevant information. The accommodation is near a train station - easy travel to the city of London and tourist attractions. Accommodation secure and really clean. Furnished with all necessities including a washer/ dryer. Lovely outside place to seat - we did not use it much due to weather although we stepped out a few time just to see London at night. Would love to book this place in the summer months. The host accommodated my elderly parents needs really well, allowing a bit of extra time to check out. Really pleased and happy to have had my parents stay here. I will do it again and again. Very peaceful stay and most definitely beautiful place and very good host.

We were welcomed in with snacks at the kitchen, it was clean, nice terrace with a good view of the city.

The corridor after exiting the lift had a weird smell, but we overlooked it; as it didn’t get into the apartment.

Location was good for my needs. Close to transport and walking distance from Excel. Also close to shops. Apartment was in a modern block and was very comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Host was super attentive and accommodated an early check in for a small fee. We were met promptly at the location and given a good talk through access and amenities. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and clean and in a great location. Secure gated car parking was also ideal.

A duvet for the sofa bed would have been welcomed, albeit that we did not raise this as a concern. The parking permit took longer to receive than expected, but was delivered on day 2.

Excellent location for us for a swim event. Brilliantly furnished with everything we needed and more! Very accommodating and we only booked on the morning of arrival due to our previously booked place not being able to accommodate us.

A minor thing, but it would have been good to be able to get the key as we arrived. We had to wait a little bit to meet the guy to get the key.

Train passes just below the window - not good for light sleepers. Too much air freshener smell - would have been much better to be odourless.

From us booking David conmunicated with us so well in terms of confirming the address, a picture to show where we should go, and ensuring he was there for us arriving to be able to collect the keys. The apartment was very clean, spacious, even the small things made a difference like the TV had every app possible, ice in the freezer, towels as well as spare ones, smells great and looks brand new. Great value for money and will definitely be staying again.

There is nothing David could improve on, the whole stay was amazing and if we had any questions he was available to contact.

Can be noisy because of the train passing below, the host offers earplugs.

The host was excellent, very informative and ready to help whenever we needed. The location was great with easy access to the DLR and a few minutes in a taxi to the Excel. There were also some goodies on arrival which was a lovely touch!

Perfect little apartment with every you need. Great host and was on call anytime if I needed anything. Our van was too big to get in the free carpark so had to park on street which was fine until 8am. Got a ticket as we were 5 mins over so be careful as they were on it. Check out wasn’t until 12pm so was lovely not to rush on the last day.

I had a wonderful stay in the Luxee Apartment. The location is on walking distance of the Excel Exhibition Center. The apartment is bright and shining with all comfort needed. Top of all was David, the best host ever who is really caring about the well being of his guests. A warm welcome and the home feeling stay is so important. The DLR metro is in front and in 27 minutes you arrive in the heart of London. Very easy! The London City airport is nearby. The isolation of the apartment is well done, so there is no bother of any noise. I will recommand this accomodation to all of you. And I wish myself... to come back to the Luxee on my next visit to London.
