Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Stan is a great host, very good communication. Spotlessly clean flat, facilities as described. Parking was handy. Very happy with my stay.

The handle to the bathroom fell off on the first opening of the door. The washer had trouble getting into the spin cycle. While it is functional, it has the basics only.
The location is great - very walkable to town. Very bright with great windows. Big enough rooms to manage comfortably. We will stay here again because of the convenient location.

Could do with a teapot, but managed with the cafetière. A decent bread knife would be good too
Clean, well equipped and comfortable without being OTT. Very good location for the shops

Nothing not to like, parking space was a little tight but ok once you get the angles right..
Lovely property close to town centre. Comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Had a small problem with not enough towels and access to the internet, but was resolved after first night, we didn’t arrive until the evening as held up in traffic.

Needed more towels. The first time we stayed we found a second large towel as we were two people but there was only one large towel the second time we stayed.
Good location with easy access to shops. Nice size for a short stay.

The shower head did not work properly water came out like a tap, front door needs looking at handle. Stiff to lock also door catching on bottom of frame, no bath towels only hand towels which were hard.
Very well presented apartment bed was very comfortable enjoyed our stay

It would be nice to have a welcome pack such as milk, coffee etc.

All good, enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend and stay again.
Loved the position, very clean. Facilities were all there. Free parking space.( although space awkward as if you have a big car can be difficult for other cars to pass you. We had no issues though. We walked everywhere including up to Painshill Park. Although on a main road it was quiet in the evening.

Very minor, but it lacked a welcome pack. Some milk in the fridge would have been nice as we arrived late at night.
The apartment is in a great location. Private parking. Well appointed kitchen. Excellent wifi. Comfy bed. So nice I have booked another stay in a couple of months.

There was an issue with the actual address, position of lock box and parking place, we were told by the owner that it was 21b, in fact this apartment is owned by someone else , the lockbox is outside the door of 21b when it should be outside the door of 21a the actual rental property, the parking place was taken up by hairdressing cars.
The apartment was very nice, light and comfortable and position was excellent

This apartment is in a great location , setup as a BnB , opposite a premium supermarket and seconds from the high street - there is nothing to complain about. Thank you to the host for easy check in and a great stay. Will be back.
Really great little apartment in Cobham, just off the high street, 30 seconds walk to Waitrose for groceries or 45 seconds to a coffee shop or restaurant. The apartment is modern, clean, parking at the back and has enough towels, crockery, cutlery etc so you have to worry for nothing. Easy check-in, no drama host and a superb location.
