The bathroom was new and nice but as it was a wet room , we needed to keep drying it. Not an issue

Went well out of their way to accommodate me. More than was necessary and the place was spotless and in a very quiet, secluded area. Can't really ask for anything more. Very much appreciated my time here. Host has a sense of humour too

This is such a little find! I regularly travel across Ceredigion for work so I feel I’m a bit of an authority on quiet but lovely places to stay! Jane has created a little oasis if you don’t want the sky high prices and busyness staying right on the sea front. Having said that it’s only 10 mins tops to Aberaeron beach, and the annex has a raised patio to sit and watch the sea from. Jane had kindly left the heating on and provided a small bottle of wine and bag of crisps which were soooo needed after my long day! I didn’t want to leave and had intended to go out to a pub for dinner but discovering the local NISA (5/6 mins away?) had a huge selection of fresh and frozen food I bought dinner and popped it in the microwave. There is other cooking facilities I’m just lazy lol! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and so cosy. It had everything you could want for a long stay. Whilst you can also shut the kitchen door and feel you have a large en suite bedroom. Truly a lovely visit and it will be top of my list when I next stay in the area. Diolch yn fawr!

Lovely clean apartment with comfortable bed, powerful shower and all we needed for a couple of nights away. Welcome thoughtful little extras provided by hosts were much appreciated.

The property was very clean and tidy. There is a very spacious and functional wet room which has a very powerful shower. There is also a private outdoor dining area with sea views.

Nothing we didn't like at all. Just a slight suggestion another comfy chair would be nice to sit and watch TV, although we just brought in one of the kitchen chairs in so it wasn't an issue at all 🙂

Lovely clean and comfortable stay very peaceful, amazing shower and stunning views great private patio, fabulous for a last minute getaway. A nice welcome touch was having milk, tea/coffee & wine 😀 If we are in the area again, we would definitely love to return Many thanks

Home from Home, had everything I needed for a good stay. Good facilities, decent WIFI and a comfortable bed. Didn’t meet the owners but didn’t need to, every went smoothly. The slight of the AVFC car sticker was a bonus in the morning. Will definitely stay again when working nearby. Thank you UTV

Just a few suggestions with the kitchen. Very clean and modern but with the hob cooking facilties I could only find one milk pan. Suggestion maybe provide a frying pan and a larger pan. Fridge a tad tiny. Don't think that plug point behind the kitchen tap is safe. Water squirts really close to it. Positive criticism you understand.... otherwise it's a lovely little annexe.

Very modern and clean. Convenient to the coastal villages. Ideal size for single travellers. Very reasonable price. Lovely decor in the rooms.
