Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing other than we wish we were staying for longer!
We loved everything, the studio is well thought out, the sweet little extras on arrival was a nice touch. The beds were comfy and clean and the location is brilliant for visiting Chessington and not too far away from Thorpe Park, worth every penny!

I like how they really provide amenities with their thoughts on customer satisfaction. I am overly happy during my stay here. It is close to the bus station and it has almost everything we need. Truly worth coming back here.

The whole place was done amazing can’t pick anything bad. The cutest little basket off goodies left on the table was lush 🖤
It was a stunning little studio myself husband and children loved it 🖤 we’d definitely use this place again.

With their only being one small window that opens in the bathroom, the studio could get quite warm. The host has put an air con unit which really helps.
The studio was a lovely little self-contained space, perfect base for our family of four to enjoy our first time in London. The host was really helpful always quick to answer any queries and kindly put up decorations and balloons we had sent via post for our sons birthday prior to our arrival.

Excellent location to CWOA which was the purpose of our stay. Excellent check in, clear instructions. Clean comfortable bedding. Well equipped studio for a little weekend break.

Only one heater worked, so it was quite cold, especially for the children.
Great distance from Chessington. Easy arrival and good parking. Lovely clean place to stay. We would book again.

Could have done with a broom- I like to tidy up!!
A clean comfortable studio, excellent communication with the host and good easy access and parking. Well equipped with kitchenware and liked the fact it has its own entrance.

The extreme weather conditions of Storm Babel led to a minor leak from the roof over the living area. A small inconvenience on the last night of our stay.
The self contained flat was private. It was just the right size for the two of us. It had a great shower, a well equipped kitchen and a great TV.

there was nothing that I disliked everything was great, and I would recommend it to friends and family
the privacy. the facilities everything was laid out well. the nice breakfast basket was a welcoming touch. and having wifi was greatly appreciated by my daughter. the fact that I could park up the car and not use it at all until it was time to go home was an added bonus.

Only slight negative thing was that the mattress protectors needs a good clean.
everything was fabulous, cannot recommend enough. great base to explore Chessington, felt safe and secure. lovely powerful shower and well stocked kitchen with all utensils required.

Lottie has been a great host, she contacted us prior our arrival on how to organize for sofabed and cot.. she even left bread, milk, eggs, butter and jam for breakfast ❤.. the kids loved it and also we did! Very clean and excellent position! Highly recommended 👌🏻

It was lovely studio, nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. easy parking and easy getting on motorway. The most important thing was very quiet place, no disturbance for a good sleep.
