Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLiterally nothing.
Me and my friend came home yesterday from the retreat and honestly it’s so so beautiful! I love the fact that every carriage has its own gated off garden and there’s bushes all the way round so it’s super private. Which I loved as we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. And because it was gated off it was super helpful as we could let the dogs out and not worry about them getting out! Do not having to worry about that made it so much easier to relax! I loved that we had plenty of facilities to make food, which included a fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. I was also worried that we were going to be freezing in the night but it was perfectly fine temperature wise! The hot tub made the trip for us! And being able to relax in the hot tub with a lovely view of the mountains made it even better! The destination is the most peaceful, tranquil place and we will definitely be returning and we have had the best weekend! Thank you so much to Joey for having us 🥰

United KingdomNothing really
Site is clean and tidy. Each carriage has its own private garden with a firepit but there is also a large indoor communal area with a pool table. Beds were comfortable and carriages clean and well appointed given the space available. Hot rubs aren't my thing but wife and daughter enjoyed it. This was also clean and well maintained with plenty of privacy. Shower in the carriage was fine but clean, and more spaceous, wet rooms also available in communal building. Village shop and pub 5 min walk away

United KingdomThere’s nothing I didn’t like.. however the bed was so creeky🤣 every time of us moved the bed would wake us up.. wasn’t an issue though
The location was absolutely stunning, and I loved the communal area to be able to cook food, the fact the keys were already at the cabin was great. The cabin garden was secure for the dogs so they could have a sniff about whilst we enjoyed the hot tub

United KingdomWe couldn’t fault the property! The cooker tripped the electric but we were more than happy to cook in the communal area by the car park, it was no issue at all.
It felt really homely and was the perfect amount of space for us both. We both particularly loved the hot tub, we didn’t want to leave!

United KingdomWas unsure of cabin due to the book in board not been updated , my only negative is the need for WIFI due to very very poor internet connection , this would also help promote the accommodation as people would be able to use social media whilst stay
location , attention to detail and the private gardens were fab.

United KingdomThere wasn't anything I didn't like, the mattress was a little uncomfortable (but that's down to my back), my boyfriend and daughter slept very well.
Loved the location, there was lots of wildlife (birds, squirrels and sheep in the distance), hot tub was ready to go when we arrived and the place was clean. The view of the hills from the hot tub was also gorgeous. Has everything you need for a short stay.

United KingdomNothing I didn’t like
A lovely place. I came with a friend to go wild swimming in the area. (keepers pond, waterfalls ) The cabin spec is a very high standard and surprisingly spacious inside we were both really impressed. Very clean. Hot tub was amazing. So many stars and shooting stars observed. Fridge for Prosecco very handy! We ate dinner at the Crown as recommended ( I would double check it’s open if coming on Monday and Tuesday). Pub food was delicious and so dog friendly. Village shop so friendly as well. Slight hiccup to check in as cabin allocation were not on the board but all sorted with a call within 20 mins. The cabin garden areas are not 100% dog proof with gaps under fences and gates etc. It was not a problem as I kept mine on a lead. it could be something the site looks in to in future. Not a criticism. For bigger dogs it’s probably fine. I would definitely come again. The site felt safe. No signal but you’re supposed to be relaxing anyway ! Brilliant
