I know people have mentioned the stairs, but you know they’re there before booking… and you can’t get views like that from the ground floor!

The decor was to the highest standard - beds and pillows were extremely comfy - quality linen and towels. Lovely touches… tea and coffee provided, along with snacks, much appreciated - the hosts also checked in to see if we were ok and needed anything - location was superb and the views amazing.

Lovely property with stunning views over the Ramsgate harbour. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Ramsgate.

The flat is on top two floors , so lots of stairs . Not really suitable for a persons with mobility issues it could be a problem .

Well appointed apartment. Kitchen was well equipped . The lounge was comfortable with great views of the marina . Two large bedrooms. Perfect.

The toilet on the lower level felt very cold, and it would help if it had a small heater. The heating thermostat not consistent, either too hot or not warm enough, could have helped having on a timer. Despite trying to work out when communicated. Mainly, bedroom TVs' live channels were inconsistent of signal and were told could be impacted by weather. There was dust behind TV's/ariels and other areas of bedroom stalls below of legs and dust on window sills. Also saw makeup smudges behind one of the mirrors. Door security felt could be improved on with additional chubb and chain on the inside only or additional security on the metal gate. A small lamp in the living room would have been nice to have for reading.

Great view of the harbour and sea, especially of the Christmas boat lights, from living room and bedrooms. Lovely accommodation and attention to detail. Nearby pubs, weatherspoons, amusement arcade, cafes, shops, fish & chips etc. Nice having TVs in bedrooms as well as the living room. Lovely decorated Christmas tree, which made our stay more homely. The telescope is a cool, interesting feature in the living room. Appreciated the complimentary teas, coffee, biscuits, and crisps. Wonderful selection of books including of ramsgate history. Also was helpful in having a welcome book to read and how to operate appliances. A great modern kitchen with everything you would need, including a dishwasher. Love the bedside touch lamps, and the lighting throughout accommodation was pleasant. Also, the ease of communication and quick responses from the host when needed assistance.

A pint glass would complete an otherwise fully equipped kitchen. The property folder was very good but a street map of the town would be a nice touch. I will definitely recommend this property.

Confusion over door entry but quickly rectified when I rung the host. Couldn't use ordinary TV as no signal and not being one to moan so went without but again after the host messaging the aerial had slipped down the back of the tvs so rectified after 2 days. Also very dusty maybe host should keep an eye on the cleaners a bit. Hope this helps other guests as it is a lovely place

A few spots of black mould around bathroom windows and shower screen rubber seal. Overall the apartment has a few signs of wear and tear. Building being old is quite uneven on the floors and being a top level apartment, there are a lot of stairs so maybe not for families with toddlers or elderly people.

Great location overlooking the harbour. Netflix on the TVs great as freebies reception was sketchy.

Where was nothing what we did not like.

The location of this place was brilliant, very close to beach side, closed to shops and restaurants. The place itself was amazing, on very high standard. Beautiful leaving room with big screen, and nice kitchen. Also very big with a lot of space in both bedrooms. Bathroom had a bath witch was brilliant! Generally it was excellent.

Nothing… but be aware there is a few flights of stairs .. but you can’t get them views without them !!

Excellent location with an amazing view over harbour , great restaurants and bars nearby , the Apartment has everything you would need , loved our stay in Ramsgate for the bank holiday weekend !!
