Very good location. Close to Amenities. The hosts are very friendly. Quick response to our requests and inquiries. The environment is all clean. Access to the kitchen is given to make tea or coffee. We'll carpeted and cleaned. Nicely decorated. There is a Television so I had all the intertainment I needed. The bed was so comfortable and adequate linen provided as well a heater. The bathroom is a shared one but I didn't have any problems with that. It's all sparkling clean. There is a beautiful garden outside which is allowed to go and sit there and relax but the only challenge was its winter cold so I couldn't sit out but to watch from the inside. The place is value for money. I can't complain

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond. Met all needs which I requested. The whole environment was very clean including my room. It's spacious, looks Immaculate, with a portable television. Surely I wasn't bored. The bed was so comfortable and cosy. Everything I needed was adequate. The bathroom is sparling clean. I really enjoyed my privacy as I had a key to lock my door. Thanks for the tea and coffee I felt so relaxed and comfortable like I was at my own home. The location is close to the town and train station. Very convenient for me.

A very quite and welcoming place, the hosts are down to earth and very friendly also the hospitality and tolerating demands the room was very comfortable it feels like home. Privacy and self catering facilities are top notch.

Everything seems fine.

Had a nice and comfortable night. The very friendly hosts gave me a warm welcome. The place is clean, WiFi is good and there is a parking space if you have a car. Everything I needed was there. It is close to both Bloxwich and Walsall towns as well as the train station, which I needed. Very convenient place to be. I strongly recommend this place.

The room's overall decor was passable, it would have been better if the host had taken a vacuum cleaner to the carpet. We were only provided two hand towels, so no bath towel, there was no television in the room or any tea or coffee making facilities. We had a surprise visitor during the night who it seems was looking for the bathroom, some simple signage would solve that, surely, denoting "bathroom" and the room number. Overall, why was the term "Luxury" applied? What was luxurious about it?

I do not recollect asking for a quiet room. The property was close enough to the train station and the venue so we appreciated that. When I notified the host by text that we had been severely delayed, to be fair, he responded quickly and arranged access for us. In terms of value, £47 is very good and in fact the host could have asked for more and provided more facilities.
