We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomVery nice B & B, we were greeted by the owners who showed us around and suggested some local walks/attractions. The room was nice, with a smart TV and powerful shower. Great location for the fantasy forest festival that we were attending, only around an 8-10 minute drive from the castle. Cost about £9 in an uber. The cooked breakfast (included in the price) was very tasty, there was also cereals etc available. A car park with good sized spaces was at the front of the property, so very convenient. A really nice place that we would definitely stay at again.

It felt a bit awkward to ask for veggie/vegan food as there was none on the menu. No alternative milks either which are standard most places now. They may have been there but we weren't made aware of this.

United KingdomNot criticism just an observation, but some might find steps and stairs difficult. And the path through the back garden to Hills was steep and loose gravel could again be a problem to some.
Very friendly but professional host. Great location for walking the Hills and also 2 decent pubs in walking distance.Nicely appointed room. Not huge but good. Similarly shower quite snug but very efficient. Delightful breakfast served outside of normal hours as had early start.

Very warm welcome from Stephen and Michelle. Stephen carried our bag in which was much appreciated. He gave us refreshments in the lounge on arrival. We are elderly and the steps from the car park to the front door were a bit of a challenge. That was the only downside.

Hosts were lovely. Breakfast was perfect with a nice selection. The garden room was ideal, very comfortable and clean, great shower, cosy mattress and peaceful night. You can walk straight through the garden onto the Cleeve hill common. Local pub is 5 mins walk for an evening meal with wonderful view over to the Malvern Hills
