The clear excitement and fun being experienced by a large group of residents making the most of their hot tub in the evening made the level of noise challenging for a one year old trying to go to sleep

A lovely chalet with very pleasant decor.The breakfast was fine though limited on our first morning with little fresh fruit . The chalet was really lovely though it would have helped us to know it was on the upper floor so accessed by steps. This wasn’t ideal with a pushchair and one adult with some mobility issues.

Bathroom smelt awful. Understand it’s an older rural property, so it might be the plumbing. But a complimentary reed diffusers and some drain unblocker would have helped massively

No shampoo or shower gel. No oven or hob. Waited for 1 1/2 hours for food in Sports Bar and food still wrong - staff very apologetic.

Spiders (slight phobia), only slight negative was there were a fair few spiders and a few webs. Otherwise everything was great.

Lovely lodge with hot tub. Lots of room and had all amenities you could need. Everything was pretty spot on and had a great time. Food was nice at restaurant too.

I didn’t like the fact we paid a high price when they’re was an offer on for a cheaper booking and the hot tub wasn’t hot it was just warm when we paid for the luxury hot tub room

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short break away, we made the most of the breakfast and the leisure facilities included in our package, we would definitely recommend this place .

The breakfast choices were limited! There was simple tea & coffee but no option of having anything different like coffee machine with latte, mocha etc. The breakfast was standard beans, egg, hashbrown toast! A few fruits and croissants. The first day of breakfast was ruined as there was a wedding booking and the staff were under so much pressure refusing to give breakfast for anyone turning up at 10am. It felt really bad and no hot food was served! There was hardly anything to eat. My children had to skip breakfast so we didn’t enjoy it. Room service such as housekeeping Is not available in the late evening or night. The cleansiness could be improved because there were many cobwebs around especially on the exterior. They do not provide essentials such as general toiletries. They do not offer mineral drinking water!

I liked the feel of staying in a lodge and the resort looked very nice and relax full. The sauna and steam room facilities were good as well as the swimming pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything cutlery and tea cups plates washing up liquids etc It felt safe during day & night. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

It was in some places, unclean...cobwebs both inside the cabins, more noticeable around the spot lights, upon arrival the decking to and out cabin was full of leaves which is fine considering the time of year, but what's not excusable is the amount of cobwebs around the cabin...does not take much to address, cigarette butts on decking...placing this aside it is great for all ages, couples, families and friends...thank you

Incredible surroundings, accommodation and spa facilities. Ticked enough boxes for a sensational break, pool, spa, log cabins. Staff amazing both at reception and dining areas, a special thankyou to the wonderful Courtney in the restaurant, she's a credit...amazing.

It was very warm due to the weather and there were no fans available which we understood as its a self-catering holiday location for the most part as oppose to a hotel, however we arrived on a Sunday and all supermarkets were closed so we did struggle to sleep on the first night.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit, its also close-by plenty of little towns, supermarkets and the seaside. We had a 1 bed chalet which was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for us as a couple. There was plenty of parking around the resort, with the largest car park we saw conveniently being located just a few steps from our chalet. The space around the resort is beautiful.

Only downside was when I booked it said breakfast was included then on arrival we were told breakfast wasnt included.
