A few minor details could be improved (hanging space for clothes and the pillows) but certainly nothing that impacted our stay.

Secluded, peaceful and cozy. Nicely catered for the usual items with butter and condiments also provided. Great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Chirping birds and a homely rural feel.

An ideal place for a short stay, it was quiet and peaceful. The host provided fresh milk and crumpets with a choice of jams and spreads which was a welcome touch after a long journey. Very well placed for visiting the many attractions this part of the country has to offer. Meticulously clean with a very comfortable bed.

The final short lane to the parking is shared and VERY rutted!! We bottomed our car on the central lump when we arrived but sorted out a strategy to avoid this after we’d had a look in the daylight!! The one step down from the parking to the patio is really quite big and there’s nothing to hold onto!! Admittedly we’re not as young as we used to be!! Neither of these things affected our opinion that this is a lovely place to stay!!

Lovely, cosy, self contained annex with a little private patio area and parking space. It is a sitting room/bedroom/ensuite/mini kitchen all cleverly designed into one space and a lovely place to be. The large bed is supremely comfortable too!! Lots of little extras in the ‘kitchen area’ which were very welcome and much appreciated.

Drive up to the property was quite uneven, and may scrape the underside of vehicle if driver isn’t careful.

A spacious property, with everything needed to make support a short trip away. Hosts provided basic groceries (bread, milk, butter, etc) which was much appreciated. Property is out of the way and off local roads, so very quiet and relaxing location.

It was necessary to do a little bit of washing up after our excellent continental breakfasts, but doing so required a bit of improvisation as the only basin was in the bathroom.

A very attractive, comfortable and clean studio, with everything we could need for our breakfast. There is a private patio, where we enjoyed eating our breakfast.

Everything we wanted for a two day stay visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Frant nearby. It was dog-friendly too. It was very clean and comfortable and continental breakfast supplied was amazing- Amelia thought of everything!

Meadow View is in the countryside up a narrow lane, which is fine once you know where you're going. Unfortunately we arrived in the evening of a wet day and in the dark. This made it difficult to see where Meadow View was. Maybe clearer signage would be very helpful. Only just room to move the car out of the parking spot. Had to ring the owner to ascertain if we were in the right place!

The breakfast basket and fridge had everything fresh we needed for two mornings continental style. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The ensuite was lovely and modern. The décor overall was very tasteful. Quiet location. Amelia was communicative with information the day before we arrived which was reassuring.

Parking is a short drive up a rough narrow track with little space to turn car round. No wardrobe was a problem for 3 night stay. Booking.com description of “all guest rooms in the guest house” is clearly inaccurate as there is one room detached from the house. From the information I also expected a B&B but the accommodation is self catering with toaster, bread, jam, butter, milk and orange juice supplied to make your own breakfast. The owner was available to replenish stocks on request. These points however were more than made up for by the overall experience.

Everything was perfect. Very cosy, clean, and well-ecouped place with a lovely terras in front. And the bed was SO comfortable! The owner also left breakfast for us and the communication went very smoothly. Definetely recommend this place! Also a very nice area for (dog-friendly) walkings!
