The hotel is very visually appealing looking more like a country house than a hotel. The facilities are very good value for money , clean, modern and welcoming.

Just the view of a roof from our bedroom …TV outdated and small - bathroom a good standard nice shower too. The corridor light was on and this came through the bottom of our door …not ideal Overall acceptable to good

The room was very hot. Our room was on the back and the windows did not open properly due to the fire escape, so it was not the hotels fault!!! But therefor it was warm. We did ask for a fan that was provided. So that was a huge help. I also think it may be good for them to put something on front door so it doesn't blow open so violently when opened in windy weather as this may knock into someone. Perhaps a spring? I don't know if this would be possible

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the town centre and it is a flat easy walk along the beach. It is directly opposite the beach and welcomes dogs. Although the weather was mild, our room was very warm, but the staff kindly found us a fan.

To be fair for the price I thought overall it fulfills my expectations and the sea view with a cold beer on the front goes a long way.

Room was a little small so unfortunately I couldn't put my dog crate up. He is used to sleeping in the crate so we had u settled night with him.

Lovely location. Friendly staff throughout Great service. Very pet friendly. Clean. From the moment we arrived we had a lovely welcome and throughout our stay all staff were superb!

Could do with update on curtains shabby, dirty windows , need bath safety mat tap and shower hose leaked, the whole hotel felt crooked uneven floors , like staying on a boat , cracks up walls , cleaning needs to be more thorough other people’s hair on head board ,awkward to navigate the stairs with dogs and bags , room very small for 2 dogs , need a fan in room too hot when the suns out as only 2 small top windows for air

The beds were really comfortable, bedding and towels clean , Tea and coffee making facilities were handy , need a jug to fill the kettle though, view was fantastic out to sea even though we had a side room, staff were friendly and approachable , quiet hotel even with dogs in it any good value for money. Beer garden amazing and beer also superb
