We loved the hosts, an amazing couple, really active and knowledgeable, they gave us precious suggestions and would have shared much more in case we would have spent more time with them. The room and service exceeded our expectations. The location is in the heart of the highlands, a nice base to explore the area or to relax and read a book in a quiet fiord.

I don't think anything could have been improved on.

Breakfast was just right - good quantity but not too much and very tasty. View from the breakfast room was excellent and my hosts were lovely. We had a good chat.

Property has an amazing view to the loch. Hosts are very nice people, we had a nice chat. Breakfast was lovely. The place is clean, warm, cozy and the bed is super comfortable after long travels. Would definetely come back.

We loved the view and location (peace and quiet, some kilometers from the nearest town). We were welcomed with open arms, every morning served a delicious breakfast by our 2 hosts and were given great advice on activities, hikes and restaurants. We wished we stayed a bit longer in this treasure of the highlands.

We were welcomed warmly with big smiles. This is Anna & Sandy’s home, not a commercial type BnB. It is Spotlessly clean, comfortable, super quiet, nice views, parking and excellent WiFi. Breakfast has typical options: I appreciated healthy/natural yogurt, berries and muesli. I feel like we have new friends. There are only 2 rooms, 4 miles north of Poolewe: you are in real Highlands with lovely people who share their love for the area and community.

Absolutely nothing

We loved it all! Our super hosts are now our friends. They go above and beyond in every way. We got suggestions for hikes which were wonderful and one of the reasons we came to Scotland. They ordered lovely warm weather for us during our stay so we could have lunch on mountain tops and swim in the Loch. Breakfast was delicious and always served with smiles and warmth. It felt like our home away from home and the attention to detail was amazing. We will never forget this home and our new found friends.

I would say that, strangely enough, some photos of the place are not well depicting it, with reality being much better :) We found it absolutely fantastic!

A wonderfully located place that provides great comfort. The room was very cozy with a spacious private bathroom. The location is absolutely amazing, with stunning views and vicinity to explore. We loved our breakfast as well and our host was super nice and helpful.

We were delighted with the warm welcome and impeccable hospitality. The house is beautiful, fragrant, clean, very cozy and practical. The garden and surrounding countryside is breathtaking. We had a great overnight stay at this lovely B&B & received a warm welcome on arrival & were made to feel very much at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed & everything we could need for a peaceful stop-off on our way home. The location is superb with the most amazing views, we really enjoyed our delicious breakfast looking out at the scenery! A great start to our long drive home. Anna & Sandy are such a lovely couple & they were really helpful with info & advice re. booking dinner at Poolewe hotel well in advance of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again when we come back this way to explore the area in the future.

Fabulous stay at Mo-Dhachaidh, B&B. Sandy and Anna are lovely host who are very knowledgeable about the area and informative. The room I was given had a great view overlooking Lich Ewe. The scenery is stunning. An excellent good breakfast with real options and fresh fruit from the garden, lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Anna and her husband were so welcoming and hospitable. Their house is so beautiful, very nicely decorated to the little details, sparkling clean and one feels at home immediately. There is quite some history in this area and there are activities around, which give a sense of a true community. Landscape is spectacular. Great stay overall; definitely recommend!

Anna and her husband give a very warm highland welcome and their home is superb. Cosy, spotlessly clean, lovely decoration, and wonderful location with views over the loch and distant mountains. Good hearty breakfast. Everything was impeccable and we can highly recommend a stay at Mo-Dhachaidh. 12/10
