每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。

It was very peaceful , very clean , the bed & hot tub was amazing , all facilities were great We had a great time thank you very much , definitely recommend a visit to our friends 😃

Perhaps some more detailed instructions would be good about the TV (not that we watched TV and focus should be nature not TV) but some people may want to and we did want to watch Wimbledon final! Shower got blocked quickly, but I think that’s just due to small plug. So all fine really. Perhaps a worth considering a curtain or blind on the big window by the bathroom, would be useful for anyone using the sofa bed as lots of light comes in. But was fine for us as we got up early anyway. Maybe a Bluetooth option to connect to the fantastic surround sound system. Was a great place and I’d highly recommend it and come back again.
Was a great location / private and secluded Lots of attention to detail and thought had gone into everything Really great to have the bbq and outside fire and hot tub. Lovely atmosphere and decor Good facilities as well. Well chosen glasses and mugs and plates etc - not just generic, had character Really enjoyed it.

Very private. Excellent responsive host. The host really has spent time making the cabin an excellent stay with good attention to detail. I would definitely go back.

Very Good service. Specially Thanks for Charley, The person who was there really supportive. Location is very calm & quiet. Perfect value for money.

We didn't stay for long enough 🤣
We had an amazing stay at the Moat View, Charlie was extremely helpful and gave us a detailed guide of all of the facilities and things we needed to know before we arrived. The facilities were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more.We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay , beautiful surroundings, lovely home and host was great and responded when there was a problem quick and fixed it Would highly recommend Moat View and would stay there again if we were in the area
