The garden front and back needs cleaning as extra leaves from Autumn hides the beauty of the outdoor area. The BBQ needs replacing (We are originally from South Africa and braai (bbq) all year round :)

The unit is really comfortable and cozy. The heating worked well. The kitchen was very well equipped with a very nice gas hob and loads of counter space. The flow of the kitchen/dining/living room works well and create a feel of extra space. Beds were big and comfortable. Carpets on top floor seems good quality and feel luxurious under foot. Location is perfect and within a few minutes walk to the main street and 2 parks.

Location was great and short driving distance to other Cotwolds villages. Local pubs were really good! The home was lovely and clean, we went in autumn but would be really good for the summer with use of the garden. Home had everything we needed!

Having no terrestrial tv was a problem for people of our age. It was difficult to set up. It would have been good to have some lamps on either side of the bed in the main bedroom for reading.

You can not watch TV except with Chromecast. If you travel from abroad you can not use your Netflix, AppleTV, PrimeTV etc, apps because you have to connect to the house Wifi and the platforms do not work properly. So for Abroad travellers is like not having a TV.

The house is lovely, tidy and well located. The kitchen has all the necessary for cooking , the rooms and house in general are very tidy, clean and the location is very quiet and good. Only a nespresso or Dolcegusto Coffee Maker can improve the kitchenware.

The location of this property is fantastic for easy access to Tetbury. The Main Street with shops and restaurants is only a few minutes walk away.

The cleanliness let it down with the bathroom and downstairs toilet not meeting expectations. The bedroom mirror was dirty- maybe a difficult design to keep clean. No bedside cabinet on one side and no bedside lamps. Request for a deposit, despite this not being on booking.com and advise not to click on the unavailable link.

Having being so taken with the property, it is a pity to have to report that the heating was inadequate. The upstairs system was set to a maximum of 16. It varied between 13 and 16. The downstairs, while partially heated by the radiator system already mentioned, was covered by a separate underfloor heating system. This did not work at all. The dial was blank, the switch to it non-functioning. My daughter used the word 'frigid' as we shivered over breakfast both mornings. We kept our coats on indoors at a few points. I texted the phone number given for referral but got no reply. Also, and here just trying to give a helpful hint: we had trouble on arrival in the dark identifying the property. The numbers on the street are in an unconventional order. We resorted to knocking on the door of a nearby house. The number, 24, is visible on the door, though greyish coloured and not facing the road, nor visible in the dark. It would be helpful to have a number on the front post.

We have stayed in a number of properties in this general area over the past year. This one was head and shoulders above the rest. Very beautifully fitted and decorated, with everything we could possibly need. In summer the little terrace out the back would be lovely. It was very quiet too. Charming.

Not a lot of cupboard space to store our own food supplies. The kitchen was very well equipped to the point of not having any additional storage for self catering supplies.

The only very minor things were the key getting in and out of the door needed a little jimmying and I found it hard to initially locate the house as google maps took me into the estate behind the house.

The house was in fantastic condition and had everything I needed in terms of toiletries, cooking equipment, and even cooking oils, seasonings, etc.

Front garden area looked a little scruffy with old gates propped up which is a shame as the interior was tidy and fresh. No bedside tables or lights in one bedroom which is inconvenient - nowhere to put glasses, phone, book and not ideal having to walk across to and from the main light switch in the dark. The property was otherwise very good and I would stay there again (preferably with the addition of bedside tables and lights - hint to owner, I can't be the only person who finds this to be a problem!).

Very convenient location just behind centre of Tetbury, house was clean and well-equipped. Plenty of space for 4 people to relax and eat, with comfortable beds and pillows. Any queries before arrival were dealt with quickly and helpfully. Parking space could comfortably accommodate a large car.
