The smoke detector had be en removed but not replaced after being broken by a previous guest. The suite is better suited to a fully able-bodied person. Please keep in mind that "First floor"does not equal ground floor in Europe, and that stairs are not to universal standard.

The appliances were in working order. The location was good for accessing the transit and a small grocer. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. The wifi worked well and the owner was quick to respond.

The flat is located within a house which has been turned into three flats. The main front door was never locked and sometimes left open. The flat front door was only secured by one locking key, so you may find this not very secure.

The property was very clean, bed very comfortable, all appliances in good working order. Private parking space.

Wardrobe drawers were broken and unusable, toilet seat loose and then Broke. Shower door does Not close properly so the floor gets wet.

Cheaply furnished and decorated, very disappointed the property had no microwave. The only food I would have there would need a microwave

The property was clean, once inside, although the entrance way wasn’t and there was an unpleasant smell which reminded me of my children’s student accommodation!

The sofa was very uncomfortable, and the lamp in the bedroom had a foreign plug so was unable to use.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi access. It was in a great location for us, we were visiting family who were a 10 minute drive away from the property. Nice sized driveway to park on.

The key box is near the floor so in the dark or fading light it can be difficult to see. The apartment was clean and tidy with a reasonable standard of furniture. Plug missing from kitchen sink as the strainer didn't fit. Couldn't open the lounge curtains. Couldn't draw bedroom curtains all the way across.

Can't be helped but worth noting the stairs to the apartment are very steep and narrow which is a challenge for the less-able-bodied.

Fairly quiet neighbourhood, ideal location for my office, will stay here again if I'm in the area. The apartment is well laid out with a kitchen/diner/lounge with nice soft furnishings. Everything in working order, lovely shower. Convenient parking space and flat overlooks a quiet park. Others have mentioned the bedside lamps not working, but they were plugged in when I arrived and worked fine for me.

Nice hosts and the most comfy bed i ever slept on in any hotel or air bnb. Perfect place for small family if you will need a few days getaway as have a complete facility like its a home away from home. Also, the area is very quiet and accessible to shops and near a train station.

Lamps not in use as they are European plugs, bed was small for the 3 of us but we made it work. Host offered baby chair but didn’t get one but wasn’t the end of the world as we were out most of the time. Flat was very warm but didn’t know how to adjust thermostat.

Great facilities, big enough for our family of 3. Great shower. Ironing facilities and kitchen facilities.

Only stayed 1 night so these are minor points but could affect a longer stay. Couldn't use bed side lights as they were 2 pin and no plug adaptors available. A bit bright in the morning for person using the sofa bed , no blind to kitchen window. No mirror above chest of drawers in bedroom for doing makeup etc., also lamp not usable as previous.

Clean and very well equipped for a longer stay. Very quiet. Friendly staff, allowed us to drop off bags when we arrived early. Parking off road. Close to lots of places to eat and local shops. Short drive to bigger shops and restaurants.

The temperature in the flat was 26 degrees which was too hot and a little uncomfortable. We tried to reduce the temp on the thermostat on the kitchen worktop but this was unsuccessful.

we only stayed for a night but we needed a clean and quiet place to spend the night and it didn't disappoint.

Screaming baby in the flat next door made worse by pathetic non fire sound proofing doors. Rubbish piled up outside the front looks like at least a month if not longer. No washing up liquid and essential items missing like bread knife and chopping board. Didn’t affect our stay but couldn’t get the oven to work, maybe need to look at a new heating element. Back garden as appealing as a badly kept play park

Could not access the property

No information provided, no access to property! We had to look for hotel at 1am in the morning! We were stranded in unknown city, town, most hotels nearby had no space so we drove from one to another hotel looking for place to sleep :( so much stress. Property information should have been provided 24-48h before our stay!

1. Couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and there is no way 2 people can sleep comfortably there. 2. Apartment has very poor soundproofing, we've heard all conversations from neighbours like they were in the same room as we are. Obviously you can not sleep unless neighbours go to bed as well.

The apartment has an allocated parking space which is convenient since it does not feel it would be easy to get there by public transport.

Can't open curtains in living room nets don't fit windows so looks a mess dirt smelly shoes/trainers right near front so first thing to hit you when front open and dont nice walking up to stairs near front door pushchair in way of stairs which is a fire hazard and next door kid just screaming till half 8 at night then from 7 in morning it was ment to be a break from my kids instead i paid £100 to listen to someone else
