United KingdomThe only thing that lets this property down is the strong smell of cigarettes/smoking reeking through out the flat as well as dampness smell. Unfortunately, these odors make me nauseous so that made it a very uncomfortable stay and other group members were also uncomfortable sleeping in the dampness smell. If these things don't affect you then it's an otherwise comfortable stay. There is a no-smoking house rule so unfortunately it's previous guests that have let the property down.
Everything you need for a short stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, washroom, shower, linen, towels, cutlery, kettle, microwave. Helpful host with good communication.

United KingdomFront door broken and dirty studio nothing too sit on except bed,counter fridge on floor with microwave on top which could not use due to plate having silver stars on. Door way with no door with stairs going down to another door nothing to do with our studio. Charged 45 pounds for cleaner, had to buy products to clean bathroom before we could use it. Windows you could not open dirty with cobwebs Waste bin near bed as no where else to go could go on but think that's enough definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

United KingdomSofa bed was so uncomfortable as there was no mattress. All sheets were dirty,stained and had hairs on so sent a message to the owner. He replied and called to apologise but that wasn't very helpful when myself and 3 children had to use them as it was so cold with minimum heating from small,panel heaters. Tap dripped the whole night and I'm a light sleeper so barely slept. Was far too cold for my daughters to sleep in the actual bedroom so had to drag the mattress up the stairs so myself and 3 children slept in the kitchen-livingroom. Toilet didn't flush properly and tv downstairs in the bedroom didn't work.
Was a good sized property.

Location was perfect my visit was to attend a social event at Legends sports bar across the road. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

United KingdomI couldn’t get the electric shower to work properly, when turned to full the water was scalding with no control, to get mixed water I had to use Eco mode, and the water flow was very poor. The bathroom is next to the entrance, which is unheated, so not only was it very cold when you come out of the bathroom having showered, there is no privacy through the entrance door. The main room was cold, the radiator ineffective, so much so that I had to wear a coat when I was sitting there. There is no sound proofing in the bedroom from the street. As it is below street level, noise comes in through the hatch. It also lets light in. At night, to turn the light in the living room off, I had to turn it off in the entrance foyer and cross a now dark room because it didn’t have two way lighting. This is the first time I’ve had to provide my own washing up liquid AND hand soap in the bathroom. The posting states there is parking. There isn’t. I had to park away from the property. I had to search for the four coat hangers provided.
Great contact before, during and after my stay with the owner/manager. Excellent WiFi in the living room.

United Kingdomflat is cold, wind coming through everywhere, few things wasn’t working, all the properties pictures put together so you see one thing and getting another one, wasn’t worth that much money to pay, especially on the pictures i see kitchen and everything but our flat didn’t have that, so just ask which one you will get before renting or better do not waste your money on it at all, not worth it for that much money
