The communal areas very very small, which by itself wouldn’t be a problem, but they had to be shared with two other rooms which made the place feel more cramped

Decent size room, well-stocked with towels. Easy contactless access when checking in. In a good location within very short distance of the tube, or a 25 minute walk to the London eye.

The several flights of stairs needed to climb to get to the 'Ann Frank style attic level. The actual room I stayed in was NOT the room that was advertised in fact it was a very small room and is literally only useful to sleep in for a single guest because you'd be pushing it if there were two of you staying! The bathroom is shared amongst three other individual rooms with an unknown number of guests; and although they claim the bathroom is regularly inspected for cleanliness and order it wasn't checked at all during the time of my stay

One downside was that it was loud and noisy, especially the neighbors living upstairs who were moving very loudly from 6am

Nice and modern room, clean in the whole apartment. Towels, cosmetics and the possibility of using the kitchen (with access to coffee and tea) available. Really good apartment to stay in London.

The accommodation is overpriced for what it offers. It definitely needs better cleaning: the bathroom smells bad, apparently due to odors coming from the shower drain and toilet. This leaves the whole space with a terrible smell. The bedroom doors are indeed right next to each other, and the room is smaller than it appears in the photos. There are three doors, and you have no idea how many guests are staying in each of the other rooms. There is only one shower and one toilet shared between all guests. The neighborhood where the apartment is located feels a bit sketchy, especially at night.

The location is convenient for public transportation such as buses and the metro.

We booked a 3 people room, it had a bed for two and a kind of single bed, but it was so uncomfortable and bad that one had to sleep on the floor. The worst bed I've ever seen.

I did not like that the floor was uneven I did not like there were many flights of stairs to get to the room, and then some.. I did not like that the room was advertised as spacious, but was a box room where there was barely space to do sit-ups. I did not like that the room advertised did not not give clarity and a true upto date depiction of the room, as the 'box' room was seen to have a desk, which had been removed.

I liked that the bed was comfortable, I did like the fact pans were provided for cooking, and shower gels too.

I like the location. It's situated within the heart of London. I was able to get public transport to my destinations from both the Elephant & Castle Train Station and Elephant & Castle Bus Stop- opposite the accommodation.

Everything great really a bit small and shared bathroom but other than that incredible and clean!

The bed was not comfortable, i barely sleep for 1 hour. I keep turning and turning.. The bed needs to be changed.. The Room on the main road so lots of ambulance van noise in the night that make sleeping difficult couple with bad mattress. I think they should install a double glaze and anti noise window. There was no hot water in shower. Shower was beautiful. i have to go 2 floors up to shower. The stairs leading to the shower were very dirty and sticky.. it was a nightmare. I refuse to take my shower in the mor morning and just left the apartment. This could have been a repeat booking for me weekly as I worked locally and live outside London. But hell no i will not visit this place again. My one non negotiable fir me is a good bed where you can unwind at the end if a busy day. Please you can make the building stunning! Change the mattresses and clean everywhere..

The Room was well decorated! The bedsheets were clean even though i found a nail on the bed. Good location with greats shops around.

There wasn't much room for storage of clothes etc. The bed was on the small side, it felt more like a queen/1,5 bed to be honest.

The location was great. It had a comfy bed. perfect for a city trip when you're gone all day!!

Bed sheets and duvet are uncomfortable synthetic material, so bad night's sleep

Very cheap good value for money. good location. Even had free snacks - such a warm welcome. Surprisingly quite for how close it is to the train station which was a pleasant surprise
