The property is a 2 to 3 minute walk from Gants Hill station, from which the central line goes directly to central London. The host responded to all the messages within a few seconds. Another convenient thing about the flat was the availability of a separate toilet and shower facility. If you have more than 2 people staying, it helps a lot.

Everything about the property was just like the pictures. We really liked the amenities the place had. Even provided us with breakfast excellent communication from the host. It also had a nice back garden and bbq I believe. So yea beautiful place all together.

It was very clean and cosy, it has a smart tv so you can watch Netflix. The kitchen had very good cooking facilities and was well equipped. There is off street parking.

Only eggs in the fridge. Cereal, beans and bread also supplied. Needed bacon which we purchased from a nearby express store. Pots, pans and crockery supplied. So was able to provide an adequate fry up for the family. Everybody happy.

Very spacious property, close to Valentines Park. We stayed to attend a family wedding in Valentines Park, and there was plenty of room for all of the suits/dresses and wedding gear. Parking on drive was a big bonus too! Our only concern was the very hard slate walls in the hallway, the groom hit his forehead on the underneath of the stairs that crosses the hall, which left him bleeding and had quite a bruise! I would definitely recommend this property, just don't look at your phone when walking down the hall!

Just minor things, there is no hairdryer. Perhaps we missed one chair, but if you are group of 1-3 you will not feel it. Nothing much really.

The host is kind and responsive, the communication prior and during our stay was easy. The property is excellent value for budget travelers, modern style and functional. It was comfortable for the family of four. It's in zone 4 but tube station is very close (central line) and it takes 30-40 min to city center. Very convenient. Gants Hill is nice neighborhood, Sainsbury market is nearby as well as a number of restaurants and shops. Self check in and out is simple. Breakfast is basic, the fridge was stocked with eggs, butter, milk, and coffee, tea are provided. Good enough, we added some things from the local market. Wi-fi is excellent. Heating works well. Netflix is available if you have time... Good price for London, we can recommend it.

The carpet in lounge very dirty, could hear very noisy footsteps from above stairs each time someone walked upstairs

The breakfast is really simple, only bread, butter and eggs. So we added cheese and ham ourselves. Bathroom is very simple and small, but toilet is separated and therefor not really an issue.

Moydom Cosy appartment is easy situated, very close to Underground station. The twinbed is of high quality and sleeping very well, the sofa in livingroom a bit more basic but also okay. All you need is available and logically positioned using the limited floor space optimal. The host is easy to reach by message/phone and always willing to help or share information.

I didn't like that I had to make my own breakfast with just a jug of milk, a dozen eggs, 4 cubes of butter, a loaf of bread and a can of beans during a 3 night stay. Especially when I had a guest. Would've loved for the disclaimer about making my own food 🥴

I loved the security and the cleanliness. I also enjoyed the Netflix on the TV because sometimes a girl just wants to lounge around and watch TV 😅

For breakfast we received a lot of eggs, cereal without milk, salted butter and no marmelade.(Tea and whole grain toast bred is also avaible 👍🏻). If you like to have something else, e.g. milk, unsalted butter or a different kind of bread, you can ask in advance.

The flat is very pretty. Everything necessary is available. It is very proper. We loved that we had a garden area. Microwave is also available. It is pretty close to the next underground station. If you plan to turn travel further and you will come back later on, there is a possibilitiy to leave your luggage, which you don‘t use meanwhile, in the appartment.
