United KingdomThe only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to book a room for tonight but it's expected as I can assure you this property is one of the BEST I've stayed at. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I will definitely be booking it again as soon as its available as I'm a contractor working in the area so it's ideal for me.
Easy parking out front. Upon entry immediately noticed how clean and fresh it was. All facilities available. Ideal for a NON smoker like me . Big casual relaxing garden to enjoy a meal etc. TV in rooms so relax in a comfortable bed with a movie. Tried to book in again for tonight but FULLY booked. Not surprisingly due to the effort being made by the hosts to make your stay pleasant.

United KingdomWe had problems with the security chain. One of the residents put it accross the door more than once. Thus although the key opened the front door, the person could not enter. I rang the doorbell and eventually someone from the top floor appeared., A person on the ground floor apologised in the morning . He was having a shower. We both had phone calls from the owner at 6.30am but although we removed the chain. No one was standing outside. So someone did not think to ring the door bell. The Owner said they would remove the chain but overhearing others, they thought there might be problems with insurance. At 10.00am 2 cleaners appeared and at about 11.10 am I left my key on the kitchen table by the cleaners. Did someone not understand ,the house was not just for their family? Don't know. Some language barriers
This was a very modern house with good security, I was on the second floor and had good views of the countryside in the distance. It was a very short walk to Lyde Green Community hub where breakfast was served from 8.30.am and light lunches were available, There was also a neighbourhood Sainsbury's but a large store is situated in Emerson Green retail centre. Emerson Green Shopping Centre also has a large Boots the chemist ,Poundstretcher , Lidl ,Subway and a sports a equipment store .There was buses around the estate and a Park and Ride service to Bristol or Bath(Not Sure which one)
