Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location Lidl near by as well as the tube and stadium
The location to Wembley stadium is a 12-15min walk. It’s also same distance to the tube station . I’d recommended that

Room was very hot but they supplied an electric fan so thanks for that.
Perfect location for Wembley. Check in was easy, staff were polite and helpful. Teas/coffee/water/biscoff biscuits

Arrived 40 mins before 3pm check in after a long flight from USA and still had to pay £20 extra to check in early. I understand if this had been hours earlier but only 40 mins and also no one else was around so it wasn’t busy or that the room wasn’t ready. Disappointing

Bathroom (shower specifically) needs a little bit of maintenance and cleaning.
Perfect location, walking distance (15-20 min walk) from Wembley Stadium/Wembley Park metro station , very comfortable beds, water, tea and coffee, towels provided. Friendly reception desk lady.

the room was incredibly hot, the curtain was broken so it was difficult to open the window to let fresh air in. the bed had mould spots under the bedsheets.
position is good for concerts at wembley, 20 min walk to stadium and convenient bus stop right outside. check in system easy. handy to not have keys to carry around and just a code to get into the room!

Twin rooms are very small. There’s a busy road next to the hotel.
Small hotel, newly renovated. Very close to Wembley (15 minutes by foot). Modest but gets the job done. Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Easy key system with automatic locks with codes, no need to carry a keycard.

There was a few faults with the room, sink leaking had a bucket, hole in ceiling near light it was convenient for what we needed

Couldn't get a signal on the TV (but at the time we came in it wasn't important). Whilst the bathroom had a frosted glass, there was no blind for an additional level of privacy, especially as the shower was adjacent to the window. Not a problem, just something to consider.
Proximity to tube station (Wembley Park), bus stops, and shops. Room was comfortable & quiet. Beds comfortable. Shower facilities fine. Check in process was easy. Correspondence via whatsapp good. No problem with access.

The room was rather hot with no AC. Normally this wouldn't be an issue however it was 28deg during the visit.
Very friendly staff. Contacted by hotel prior to stay with an option to book parking. Very comfortable matress.

The hotel was being renovated at the time of stay.
The room was very clean, with comfortable beds. No keys to the room, access is via a code. Ample parking in front of the hotel. This has an extra cost. The location is perfect for Wembley Stadium. Really good find and would stay again.
