We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNothing although do think would be good to have blinds in the bathrooms for when in there at night & lights on, strange only 4 knives but lots of spoons & forks, but not an issue as only 4 of us staying there, all else was really good
The accommodation was brilliant, great size, plenty of space for all of us, nice to have two bathrooms, great size open plan kitchen, dining area & living area, very comfortable & fabulous location for all we wanted to do & being right in centre of Dunfermline, we really enjoyed our stay

OmanNothing that really stands out. If i were to be picky, I would suggest doing something to freshen up the ground floor entrance area, and a lick of paint on the front door would make for a better first impression for anyone arriving at the location.
Really well decorated with any and all facilities you could want plus some added extras over and above the norm. Location is very central and in v close.proximity to the main park and Abbey area, was great all round. Really loved the bookcase loaded with interesting books on various topics and the record player and records were a really nice touch also. Overall a very enjoyable stay had by all.
