The double bed needs a new mattress very uncomfortable to sleep in

Very clean and tidy caravan

The cooker in the caravan wasn't working properly had to keep changing the knobs on the cooker, The gas turned off so I restarted it, Electricity went off the electric box was water damaged. The sink was leaking. There was no signal on our phones while we was on site. No one checked in to make sure everything was okay while we stayed there. Very costly. We had no information on events, or that we had to pre-book alot of activities before hand. Maybe some more information can be left in the caravans when people check in 😊

I loved the location. The entrainment was brilliant. Club house was great. Lots for the kids to do. All staff was friendly from the Club house. Caravan was comfortable. Had plenty of utensils, pans, plates, cups ect. Towels were provided. Absolutely beautiful caravan. We will definitely be back.

Location but this was explained to me beforehand WiFi and a secure veranda would be great extras but I am just suggesting- for my short stay it was perfect

Unfortunately the caravan was placed right next to the jungle gym and clubhouse, meaning the noise was extremely loud until gone midnight, also the bar staff used the back of the caravan as a bin store so when they opened the bin they slammed it against the caravan (bedroom) and slammed it shut, this went on until 2am, also people were using the 1ft gap between the caravan and the jungle gym as a cut through, and slamming our windows as they passed. I asked reception for something to be done but nothing was, also bar staff decided to stand at the back of the caravan and laugh and talk until 3am, the cleaners tripped the bar alarm at 7am and no one turned it off until gone 9

The caravan was lovely and spacious, the owner was fantastic with communicating with us and trying to help with the noise situation

Nothing to put us off not coming back again! The seagulls were loud on one of the nights but obviously can’t be controlled. In the kitchen some oil and mixed spice can be the only thing I can think that would’ve made it perfect.

Very clean, great location, no issues with hot water or water pressure when required and the clubhouse was lively but didn’t disturb us when we went to sleep (we went a little later to bed as we don’t have any young kids)

never again was a (NIGHTMARE) would have score 0 for experience if possible 1st time i have ever left a bad review in my life as like to stay positive rung owner (swears a lot unprofessional ) on the day for for keys said cleaner let them down again so we cleaned it as couldnt be bothered with the drama as she wanted to knock at night time and clean it again (unprofessional) we on hols and didnt want to bothered at 7pm and have a hoover ect we wanted to chill was a mess and stunk no keys in key holder last customer took them home and she couldnt contact them waited outside caravan in car for 1 hr and 45 mins for keys after15 calls lots of texts and long delays getting back to us owner said well give you another night but declined but left early sunday was glad to get back home caravan like a prison whole left side and back of caravan against building walls dark inside and dull wasnt bothered it was next to lively club and noisey guys look about their is way better vans and owners around at that price with less hassle biggest insult was when i told owner i am not happy iam going to contact booking.com over all this hinting for little refund for all stress she said go for it fill your boots there was much more drama to add but i will leave it their learn lesson and move on ps sure owner will add twists in comment underneath as all ways not very good at taking constructive criticism very hot headed under stress an relays it back to customer but still had a great time in wales its self as use hope my expeirence helps you can only be honest but wish you all a happy holiday guys

The caravan was straight next to the play which was open till 10 clock at night also the van was straight behind bin absolutely disgusting,we cut are holiday short by 1 day waist of money.

The caravan was right behind the Leasure centre and was extremely loud until 1am every night, the double bed in the caravan uncomfortable sagging in the midle, rubbish left in the bedroom, WiFi not working in caravan so grandson could not play his xbox and couldn't watch much on TV, no games to play as stated on booking, had to complain on our arrival as grass had just been cut and grass was all over the path (soon brushed up tho)

Not informed that the caravan was located directly next to the Club House, music blaring until 1am both nights. People using the side of the caravan as a shortcut, people gathering outside at all hours. Fly infestation in the caravan. Not instruction on where bins were located.

Park was located well, 10 minute walk to the beach front, arcades and fair. A 15 minute walk to the neighbouring town. Caravan was spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly.

The caravan gets very cold at night. The heaters do help but you need to keep them on constantly to stay warm. The water in the bathroom and kitchen does not drain causing the water to spill over if not you are not careful and makes it hard for everyone to have a shower. The dvd player on the TV does not work, this must have been broken by a previous person who stayed. There is also a broken tea cup which when filled leaks. The light in the children's bedroom also stopped working. One of the netting rails also keeps falling off. Lastly one of the cupboard doors will not close once opened. The seagulls seem to like this caravan and run across it and squawk loudly early in the morning (there's nothing the owners can do about this, but just to point out it's an early rise). Finally I did not like the owners trying to charge me carpet cleaning costs for supposed damage caused by us. When sent the pictures, you can't even see the damage that you are supposed to have caused. I feel that there are a number of issues they need to address within the caravan.

We liked the location in that it is close to the sea. We liked the local fair as well. The caravan was easy to find and the instructions to enter easy to use. The living room was quite comfy.

Park very quiet, no dogs allowed in club house and no clear signs to get to the beach, bin area etc
