Stayed here many times before, always been excellent, lovely room, big bed and shower is best one I’ve been in, big ,comfortable and the main shower pressure is unbelievably relaxing, very close to all amenities , recommend featherbed cafe for breakfast, 5 min walk away, beach is close by too,also nice pub called crows nest does food ,drink and quiz on a weds( 10 min walk).

Just a couple of small things : it would have been better, had there been a fridge in the room and there been onsite (rather than roadside) parking. These are just minor things, though

Bed had two separate, very different mattresses. Not a big deal - but initially a bit disconcerting!

The window kept dropping and parts were missing, 1 person was loud at closing the doors.

Excellent place for a family with young kids. Close to the beach. Great design, bath and hot water, a garden, a sun room, even a tv with netflix, and there is a high chair and a travel cot in addition to extra beds. Just very smart

The location is excellent, and the space itself is very spacious and thoughtfully designed. Free on-street parking was a great convenience. While the property could benefit from a deep clean, we still had a very pleasant and comfortable stay overall.

Best place to stay in Seaham. Owner gave great instructions on how to enter the building.The room was clean & comfortable with plenty of space. Bathroom was also clean. Property is only a stones throw from the seafront with all the bars & restaurants available. Very nice walk along the seafront in either direction. Would definitely recommend.

Location right on a busy road made it noisy and also thin walls meant I heard everything from.the adjacent room. Wish I'd brought some earplugs.

We have no complaints, already rebooked for October.

Fantastic place to stay, room was great, shower fab, bed very comfortable. Coffee and tea and biscuits, were very much appreciated in the morning. The location was perfect, easy to park and near all amenities. Highly recommend this place, and we have rebooked for October.

Location is good, accessible via public transport Room was clean and a good size. Shower had good pressure and temperature.

Everyone is different and it's a personal preference but I found the bed way too soft which aggravated my back. The room did get quite warm, although a fan is provided. But this may have just been due to good weather conditions on my stay

Lovely clean and spacious room and the shower was so good! All details for self check-in provided before arrival and contact details in case of any problems (not needed). Location was excellent, just a ross the road from the beach and short walk to shops and cafes/pubs etc. The kids loved it too and wr all had a great couple of days. Thank you!

Nothing - it was perfect

My friend and I had the best time! It's very close to the beach, had many amenities: kettle (and tea, coffee, milk and cookies), lush products in the bathrooms, comfy beds: TV (although we didn't watch it) and fabulous space. Home away from home!

This stay was for my parents travelling from abroad. This is their second time here and it did not disappoint. The room was to a high standard, it is in an excellent location so close to the beach and the owner has been very attentive. Thank you and I'm sure we will be booking again in the future.
