The kitchen could use some more appliances e.g. a cheese grater and a better frying pan, as the one that is there causes things to stick. The temperature of the shower was pretty unstable and had to be constantly adjusted, and the water pressure wasn't that great, but it did the job. The rug downstairs causes you to slip if you step onto it, it could be dangerous, so I suggest maybe sticking it down somehow.

The house was nice and warm the entire time as the heating was at a good level, and it was very clean upon arrival. The checkout time being at 2pm instead of 9-11am was very nice as well, since it meant we could relax and have breakfast instead of rushing to leave as soon as we woke up. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The location is great if you need to use public transport as the bus stop is very close, and a major shopping centre is a 10 minute walk down the road.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment i arrived, I was welcomed by an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and woolwich arsenal is just 5 minutes away with access to major tranport links(elizabeth line, DLR, overground and buses). Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The extra charge for pets was not communicated until after I had booked- this should be made clear on the listing and the money taken via booking.com not a private transfer of additional fee. The shower was difficult to control and frequently went cold after a few minutes. Also there is not sufficient water pressure for this nice waterfall style shower. The sofa and TV were both high spec/new but too small for the space - I had the whole space so it was fine for me, but I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing the living space with a stranger if I had booked just a room. No TV in bedrooms (again only really a problem for strangers sharing). No vacuum cleaner so I had to sweep up dog hair with a dustpan. There is not much to do in the local area. No restaurants for example except KFC and McDonald's. I do recommend the Social cafe by Southmere lake - they open until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays and do good food also good brunch and Sunday lunch. There is a pub in the nearby shopping precinct but it looked unwelcoming to me as it was covered in St George's Cross flags. I got locked out on the last day while moving my stuff out to car and had to get assistance from neighbours to get over fence and in back door. The agent had said the front door wouldn't look itself, that it needed the key, but this is not the case - just a warning!

Recently renovated to a very good standard. The same team of builders were commissioned to do next door based on this job. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer in utility cupboard. Private back garden. Parking available (although only on street). Area has green space close by including lakes and playing fields so good for families and pets. Suprisingly difficult to get to the Thames path though. Close to bus to Woolwich Elizabeth line.
