Location was lovely by the water, about a 15 minute walk into town. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was tidy - kitchen had all I need. Was quiet. Managed to park on the road above the apartment without issues

Parking not great with larger car. Bedroom felt claustrophobic as couldn’t keep curtain open with people walking past. Sadly there are no real views from property as on lower floor. Windows were rather cloudy so obscured further. Kitchen bin needed replacing.

Large comfortable lounge. Location quiet but relative short walk into town. Close to castle and lovely coastal paths. Access to slipway for swimming, paddle boarding etc. Two bathrooms are a plus. Kitchen well equipped.

Road into Dartmouth blocked

Great accommodation, clean, well equipped and comfortable. A 15 minute walk into Dartmouth, although a little hilly was easily done.

Lovely large apartment, in a lovely location. Ideal for walking and a short distance from the town centre. Lovely for walks to the castle and Blackpool sands. Great communications from the hosts.

You just need to be careful with parking, the property comes with a garage but you will struggle to get a 4x4 or SUV in there!

It's an absolutely lovely location a stones throw from Warfleet Creek and 500 yards from Dartmouth Castle.

Access road to garage and close proximity of other vehicles meant we couldn’t use the garage which was one of the main reasons for booking the property. The wooden staircase was quite steep & slippery.

Plenty of space for a couple. Good location. Comfortable bed & plenty of hot water. Large fridge freezer & good selection of kitchen equipment. Fresh flowers on arrival.

This is our third stay and never want to leave, the apartment has everything you need for a cosy stay! Its location is ideal for walking into Dartmouth and there is parking which is great! Can highly recommend and will continue to book in the future.

Tight fit into garage with car parked opposite.

Parking was awkward as we have a big car. Missed the entrance to the lane because of parked vans and motor homes obscuring the entrance. We parked up on the road as lane was too tight. However none of this would stop us from going again. The road into Dartmouth was blocked so if we needed to take the car it was a long trip round. Not the fault of the owners though! Water in the shower could've been a bit warmer however not a deal breaker by any means.

The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Absolute credit to the owners/housekeepers. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Just right for us and our short stay. We walked into town every day which gave us a great view of the boats and along the river.

The building is old and I suppose it should be expected areas of Damp can be seen, also the shower room needs attention.

Fantastic building and the setting was superb, plenty of space, quite, 10- 15 minute walk to Dartmouth.

There were clear signs of a damp/water issue in this property and the bedroom and ensuite smelt of this. On a couple of warm nights the smell was a bit overwhelming. It was hard to see out of the front windows in the living room which looked towards the water. They appeared quite dirty or stained like the seal had gone on the glass and water had penetrated making them look like they were full of condensation. Parking was also difficult. There is a garage but it's very tight and, with cars parked to the front of it, it made it very difficult to park. Definitely not for a beginner or a large car. It was also impossible to park on the road above which was always full of holiday makers and overnight camper-vans.

The property was very nice, clean and spacious in a very quiet part of Dartmouth. It was split over two floors and had a lovely modern feel in what is a very old building. We loved the old stone feature walls within. The apartment was full equipped with all that you needed for a self catering holiday, the bed very comfortable indeed and the shower fabulous! Communication from the management/owner was very clear and our queries were responded to very quickly.

Possibly a little but of heat in the hallway, though not a problem for us. A sensor light outside the front door would be useful.

Very peaceful. Wonderful location, 1 minute walk to Warfleet Creek. 20 - 30 minute pleasant walk into town. Normally a 5 minute drive into town, but the road was closed, so 15 minutes. Ferries across the river run regularly. Garage for car. Very nicely decorated rooms - comfortable and warm. Well equipped.
