Very comfortable studio in beautiful rural setting but close to town

Sadly only a skylight, no windows to admire the views but was electric with appropriate blind. Only one occasional chair, would suggest a second chair. The entrance to the farm is quite precarious when leaving the property to turn left so we turned right and drove 200 yards so we were able to proceed safely.

Small but adequate and we enjoyed our 5 night stay. New, modern, clean equipment and kitchen extras. Very good location for sight seeing.

It was small with just one Velux window in the ceiling. There's no sofa or separate lounge area to sit and relax. It could do with a window in the door with frosted glass, to let more daylight in.

Being a pedestrian, it is a 15-20-minute walk to the train station along a very busy regional road in the countryside. The train is 30 minutes from the centre of Glasgow.

This is a very nice fully equipped modern studio situated in the countryside. A very nice and helpful owner. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable bed and spacious studio in general. Excellent for a couple. There is parking for those who have a car. In fact, it is an ideal place for those who have a car. Very quiet, with magnificent views.

There was nothing to dislike, the only very minor niggle would be that as we weren’t comfortable leaving the electric fan heater switched on when we went out, it took a wee while to get the room warmed up when we got back. Mind you we were staying in December and this IS Scotland!! This certainly wouldn’t stop us from booking the cottage again though and the bathroom was always toasty warm thanks to the heated towel rail.

Absolutely everything 🤗 Perfect location for our needs, lovely and clean and fresh, everything you need in the kitchen area and a super comfy bed. Very communicative host but left us to enjoy the peace and quiet and go about our day without intrusion.

Great location to explore the area. The cottage was comfortable, warm and well set up. Marcela was lovely and really helpful. Being on a farm it’s really quiet and relaxing after a day of exploring.

Been honest, I couldn't fault it in any form. I was happy with all on offer so it was hard to look for particulars to complain.

Cottage excellently clean, facilities were very high standard, everything you needed was on hand, cottage was peaceful and quiet, it was far better than I imagine. Very happy stay. Would have no hesitation in coming back.

The good design, comfort and provision of consumable basics such as tea, sugar, oil, salt etc. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. An excellent TV with Sky access. Well supplied with hoover, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

What I loved the most was Georgie the cat! ❤️😁 Please, take good care of him 😊 The room was clean, the owner was nice and also people living around! Cosy place. Will come back here if I'm passing through the area.

The accommodation was very comfy and clean. It was also well provisioned for self catering by way of cutlery, crockery and utensils. The location was lovely with great views yet you're only about a mile from plenty of supermarkets in Dumbarton, perfect for self catering. A convenient location for all the Dumbarton attractions. A very quiet and relaxing location.

Driveway very difficult to access when approaching from north.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The location is within a few minutes of where I was working. I stayed 2 weeks. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions. The place is quite comfortable with a full kitchen, a washer and a real king sized bed. I shared the location with some of my colleagues. I only hope none of them need to stay there at the same time I do!

The room was absolutely spotless. The layout was amazing. The farm was just 5 mins outside Dumbarton but it felt like you were in the Highlands, it was so peaceful. Marcella had thought of everything. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had complimentary Italian coffee. The WiFi was perfect. We just had the most amazing time. Thank you Marcela.
