Great difficulty with there not being enough crockery, dishes or even cutlery, without washing mid-meal! No bread knife, no bread board, no tin opener, no dishes, small or large for serving food! Please provide a few more options of dishes, small and larger, and provide for double the number of guests! Exactly three dessert spoons tricky if you want soup and dessert in same meal! Only two teaspoons in drawer! Doesn’t take much to provide a few more useful items for guests who want to cook. Thank you.

Only a few minor things, but nothing to spoil our stay. It would have been useful to have some microwavable casserole dishes or jugs. I had taken a meal with us, to have before the show, but there wasn't anything suitable to reheat it in the microwave with. A spare toilet roll would have been nice! There was only a little bit left at the end of one, in the bathroom. I looked in cupboards for any spares, but didn't find any. We managed, but I did take some tissues in, 'just in case'! As it was a first floor apartment, there was no outside area to sit in. It was a beautiful afternoon when we arrived, so it would have been nice to sit outside with a cuppa. As we were only there for 1 night, it wasn't a major issue though.

The apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable, with almost everything you would need for a good stay. The location was ideal for us, as we were going to Kynren. We were just a 5 minute drive from our park and ride carpark at the college. It was also very close to the centre of Bishop Auckland. It was easy to find, parking ideal, and key safe made it straightforward to access.

There were small amounts of mould round the bath and the bathroom sink area needs up grading. It stated that there were toiletries included, but there weren’t any.

Nothing really to complain about. Everything you really need was there. Bathroom quality was less good than the rest of the property, but honestly the shower was strong and hot. Take some soap with you - that would be the only 'negative'.

There was no breakfast, but I have Gluten Free issue, so I did tell the owner not to get anything. This property is a good size with overall good quality furnishings and a fast internet. The plates and dishes are a bit limited if you are more than 3 people, but for 1 it was absolutely fine. Very close to several restaurants, takeaways and 2 super markets. Dedicated parking suitable for a larger car. Very quiet and easy to get to.

We arrived just as the school at the end of the street was finishing for the day so getting to the property was a bit of a nightmare. Also we hadn't expected to be met with a flight of stairs on entering the front door. I don't remember seeing anything in the description that stated it was a 1st floor flat with only stair access. For an overnight stay it was ok but I couldn't imagine staying there for a week and having to haul up heavy suitcases and shopping bags, not at our age. Also the kitchen was a bit lacking in the utensil & crockery department so a longer stay would have meant constant washing up and with no dishwasher that kind of spoils the holiday. The sink in the bathroom was set a bit low and I'm only 5'7".

The location was just a short drive to the Morrisons supermarket and to the centre of town. The dedicated parking space was a bonus as parking on the nearby streets would have been difficult. Once the school had closed for the day it was a very quiet cul-de-sac.

Beds were comfortable but a little bit small if you’re over 6ft. The second room would benefit having a double bed.

Very nicely furnished cosy, comfy apartment. Quiet too - we slept well. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread butter and cereal being provided was a great touch. We were visiting various relatives in Bishop Auckland so knew the area but the information provided in the apartment would have been very helpful if we weren’t familiar with the area. We went to Aglow (Christmas light trail) at the bishop’s palace which was very festive (if a little pricey). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting relatives in the area.

Comfy, clean appartment that was perfect for our stay. Loved the new carpets. Breakfast items were a great touch even though in the end we went out for breakfast. We had a great night's sleep.

The beds are very soft as are both sets of pillows in the main bedroom. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but meant our sleep was interrupted all night. If we return to the area and stay again we will bring our own pillows to make the stay perfect

The place was perfect, the host could not have thought of anymore of the little touches that make a fantastic stay. Milk in the fridge on arrival, breakfast cereals and bread/jam for toast, shower gel etc.

Would have liked a dishwasher. The only poor bit was the bathroom sink surround. It was not in keeping with the excellent standard of the condition of the rest of the property.

Very nice decor and facilities. All of a higher standard. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice having bread, cereal, milk, butter and jam provided. Plenty of toilet paper! About a mile away from the city centre. Easy to walk or plenty of buses. Nice having a designated parking place. Would definitely use it again!

Lovely house. Well furnished, comfortable living room. Two very nice bedrooms. Great, modern kitchen with generous gifts of bread, cereal, butter, milk, tea, coffee. Plenty of toiletries in bathroom. Private parking at front door. Great communication.

Shower makes a loud noise when it’s on - was worried for downstairs as we were up and about early! Fridge door doesn’t close over completely so top shelf is filled with ice and water. Tiny niggles we loved our stay and will definitely return 😊
