The lodge was exceptionally clean & had a few nice Christmassy touches. The bed was very comfy & the lodge was very cosy. Jackie was a fabulous host & we couldn’t have wished for better. The lodge is located beside a busy road but we didn’t hear much traffic through the night. The site had good amenities & the staff are fabulous as is the food. We would have problem staying again

Lovely lodge with excellent facilities. Jackie left us a starter pack, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits. This was a lovely touch and we could get a cuppa as soon as we arrived. Lots of cleaning materials as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Jackie was an amazing host, so friendly and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The lodge was beautifully furnished and very clean, lots of thoughtful additions including toiletries, books and games. Would love to come back again!

We found it really hard to find, but once there it was straight forward.

There was nothing not to like.

Lodge was immaculate, and Jackie, the owner, was so friendly and made sure we had everything for our stay. She gave us great advice of where to visit. It is well equipped with washing machine, towels, sun loungers, secure wrap around decking.

Definitely nothing needs to be improved with the lodge it was perfect , if I was really picky the main road behind the site can be nosey in the morning if your a light sleeper but I always come prepared my husband never heard a thing!

The lodge was a real home from home we LOVED IT its was immaculate inside very well equipped , everything you needed super comfortable beds, amazing showers I can’t think of anything that it lacked. Not forgetting the hosts, Jackie was so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble gave us so much information when we arrived it was brilliant. She also left some milk and muffins in the fridge which was a lovely touch! Also her husband was so helpful and friendly too. An Amazing couple.

Jackie the host was very friendly and helpful and had left milk, orange juice, coffee and buns in the fridge, very thoughtful. The property was modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There is a large flatscreen tv. Space for 2 cars. The on-site restaurant served excellent food, there is also a shop.

Great location, lovely host, excellent facilities. A brilliantly equipped lodge, and Jackie was easily reachable if we ever needed anything (which rarely happened). Set in a great holiday park with excellent facilities, and easy top reach nearby attractions in Jedburgh and Melrose.

Friendly welcome. Excellent communication from host. Parking space. Two bathrooms with showers (I thought en suite shower was very good, and I have high standards 😁). Well equipped kitchen with washing machine (no dishwasher, but that wasn't an issue for us). Clothes rack for drying. Playpark on site. Plenty of sockets. Oven worked well. Large comfortable bed in double room with space for a travel cot too. Great location for visiting Scottish Borders abbeys and the Playpark at Harestanes. Smart TV. Velux roof windows.

There is nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion for adding some icing on the cake. Out door Hot water bath would have been made 47 @ Lilliardsedge a dream location.

This is an exceptional property. You have all what you need there for a Holiday. Jackie, who is the host of the property is very welcoming. Personally attends everything. She has a very good sense about what a family needs for a perfect vacation. Very neat and tidy. Bathrooms are super clean.

The friendly welcome from owner Jackie, at point of booking and upon arrival. Number 47 is a joy to stay at, beautiful lodge and the quality of furnishings and decor is fabulous. We stayed for five nights as two couples and we all loved our stay. Wonderful 😊

Great location only a few minutes drive to jedburgh Town and close to shops and restaurants, the accommodation was better than expected, absolutely immaculate and well maintained. Number 47 had everything needed and more for a great stay. All the rooms are of a great size, and as a whole it is very up to date and modern. We would definitely return here again
