This was our second time staying here and will 100% be returning again, excellent communication from host, such easy check in and access to property, room and bathroom spotless, very comfortable and very homely. Excellent location in Derry great access to everything. Looking forward to coming back

I didn't realise there was no television or hairdryer, but that was my fault for not checking the specification. Also one of the milk cartons was off so had to remake my tea, but plenty of others that were OK.

All good. Not many food options nearby.

Comfortable bed, bathroom good facilities. Easy access. Street parking. Felt safe as solo female traveller. Host was fast with communication. Would stay again.

The location is perfect. It is in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes stroll to the city centre. A special mention has to go to the hosts who are exceptional and a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was brilliant.

Can’t recommend Oak Leaf Suite enough, everything was perfect. The place was spotless clean and amazing location. Owners were absolutely brilliant.

Nothing, everything was exactly what i wanted

Such a quite place , clean rooms and very spacious. The Kitchen is available and i was able to cook my meals without difficulties. Keep it up. I will definately call again. The location to the shops and church is great.

A bit hot inside.

Brand new renovated room inside a lovely townhouse up on the hill. Very clean, bed is comfortable and shower is good. It did get a little hot inside so had to open the window which didn’t bother us. Also, free parking on the street. Would highly recommend!

on the pictures it did day it had a kitchen but the room we got did not have one also parking is available outside the property on the street but we assumed when it said parking that it was a private parking, it wasnt really a problem just we were lucky to get a parking 60 yards away

Street Parking DID NOT describe the reality. 65 minutes to find a spot after locating the house. Hosts were non existent. Room was way too hot and stuffy. The radiators could not be turned off. Window only had venetian blinds (no light blocked). Bathroom window lock was broken! Shower had no on / off switch! Shower was in a Very High Bath (not very accessible). Toilet paper was rationed!!!! Two small bath towels and one hand towel for 2 ladies for 2 nights was taking the proverbial

It was dry. Bed & Breakfast SHOULD include breakfast even if the guest is expected to prepare it! Fully equipped kitchen with no bread, cereal or milk is Bad Form. Saturday morning I had to go out at 8am to find EuroSpar. Sunday morning we pa8d £23 for pancakes!!!!
