Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicExpect narrower beds - about 140 cm. That's the only thing I would change for us. It wasn't very comfortable for us - two adults (we have 180 at home), and even the kids 10 and 14 struggled a bit on it. When you change the furniture in the future, consider getting wider ones. It will fit perfectly in the room by the garden, and the room facing the street might be missing one bedside table :)
We felt like at home in this place. The accommodation is wonderfull and superclean. It's obvious that Michael loves his "job". He is always ready to help! Good quiet location but only 7 min to underground station Golders Green - 20 minutes to central London. Well equiped apartement (in reality is it smaller half of semi-detached house), 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in first floor, living room, kitchen and small terace in ground floor. You will find all you need in kitchen, dishwasher, washing mashine, oven, microwave.. Perfect!

PolandQuiet, safe and peacefull location. Golders Green Tube station 10 minutes walk from the accomodation. Supermarkets and restaurants available nearby. In Golders Green there is a bus stop (Finchley Road) for the National Express from London Luton Airport direction London. 45 minutes from the airport, then 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and you are warm welcomed by extremely helpful and supportive Host. The 2 bedrooms accomodation is spacious, well equipped, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Toiletries available in the bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee an milk available. You can enjoy your coffee on patio available from the living room. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

It's conveniently located near numerous grocery stores and restaurants, just a 10-minute walk from the underground station and bus stops that provide easy access to all of London. The host was exceptional and readily available to answer any questions. We will certainly book again next time.

Apartment is lovely in an equally lovely area that appears safe. We picked it because we could get there directly from Luton Airport by coach and apartment was within walking distance from the stop. There was some lovely restaurants in the area, as well as a supermarket and shops and all of these were within walking distance, as was the underground station. The trip into London Victoria was around 15/20 minutes via subway. The apartment itself was lovely, two double rooms ensuite so lots of space. Very warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Mikey, the host, was very friendly and proactive with letting us know ahead of time how to get in etc. He was very flexible with check in/out too. There is a lovely outdoor patio area which was unfortunately too cold to sit out on during our stay, but would be fabulous during the summer evenings.

The Oak Tree Lodge is near restaurants, shops, and stations of Golders Green (Tube and Buses!). The direct neighbourhood of the Oak Tree Lodge is a safe and quiet place at walking distance from the above-mentioned convenient places. The Lodge has two rooms with nice beds. bathrooms, living room, and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Michael is a great host and easy to get hold of via WhatsApp in case of questions. The nearest airport is Luton (appr. 45 minutes by National Express Bus). Golders Green is also close to Camden Town and through the Northern Line connected to the other parts of London.

Everything was perfect about this property and the location. It was clean, modern and comfy. Kitchen well equipped with everything plus tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a Chocolate cake for my daughter’s birthday. Toiletries included shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Parking on the driveway. Location 5-10 mins to shops and the tube. Mikey the host was amazing. Without a doubt I would stay here again.

A lovely, self-contained space in a great location - we were going to see a concert at Wembley and Oak Tree Lodge proved to be in an ideal location, being only a 15/20 minute car ride from the stadium. (We also noticed that it is only a short walk to the tube station, so also well placed for heading into central London - something we plan to do next time we stay!) It has great facilities - two lovely double bedrooms, with really comfy beds, and each bedroom has a spacious en suite, with plenty of towels that were fluffy and smelled amazing! (There is a further loo downstairs too.) There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, crockery, cutlery...). Entertainment too - tvs with Sky, an alexa, board games... and extras such as a first aid kit and a handbook with answers to everything you might need to know about the accommodation! Essentially, absolutely everything we needed, and more, was provided (including a welcome pack of biscuits & some chocolates!). And the garden was lovely - I thoroughly enjoyed sitting with my morning coffee watching the parakeets in the trees behind - so quiet! The host was very friendly and helpful too - both before we arrived, with info on local restaurants, etc and once we had arrived, with advice on getting to Wembley, etc. Very approachable. :) Thank-you.

United KingdomI have liked all about the property, but maybe a recommendation would be to have a bit larger beds. They are very comfy, but both were doubles. If someone has at home king size, it is a bit smaller afterwards. But this is not a problem as the mattresses' were very comfy.
Excellent location only 400 meters from nearest underground station. I really liked that the area was safe. There is also bus station next to the underground station, but we used underground for fast transfers. The property itself has separate access (from host's main house) and offers a comfortable stay after a long day's exploring London. The only noise were birds singing. Kitchen was well equipped with all required amenities. Definitely a surprise was milk fluffer, which I like to use when making coffee. Kitchen had simply all you would have at home and that is like you never left your house. Our host Mikey was simply amazing helping on every occasion and was able to give us valuable recommendations.
