Nothing - it was perfect for us! It would probably not be the right choice though if you wanted easy walking-distance access to restaurants, pubs or town facilities etc as the location is quite remote.

Beautifully modern refurbished barn, in very quiet and peaceful location. Only three rooms, so unlikely to ever feel crowded or busy. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bedrooms, lovely breakfast area with 24/7 coffee machine, delicious cooked breakfast. Elena is a very kind and friendly host.

We enjoyed everything about our 2 night stay.

My wife and I enjoyed the countryside location, the owners had converted the farm buildings into a very comfortable and unique dwelling. The B&Bs owner Elena was very friendly and hospitable along with being a natural host and produced an amazing breakfast! Delicious 😋 We will definitely book the Old Field Barn when we visit Norfolk again.

One of the cleanest places we've stayed & finished to a high standard. No kettles in the rooms might be a negative for some but having 24 hour access, in the dining area, to really good coffee of all kinds was a bonus for me! Lovely, well cooked breakfast too. Hosting was excellent, friendly & helpful without being intrusive

I could hear the tv from the room next door.

We had a lovely two night stay here. It's a gorgeous property set in beautiful Norfolk countryside. Elena is a fabulous and experienced host. She was chatty and very helpful with information about the local area and gave us a recommendation for dinner. The room was clean with a good bathroom, with good ventilation. It was a very hot weekend, but with the windows open and fan in the room it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good quality produce. We felt well looked after by the host and very comfortable here. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Elena was an excellent host. The accommodation is situated in a very peaceful nature setting, making it a lovely place for an evening walk. All the facilities were really clean and the breakfast was exceptional. Would highly recommend!

Lovely quiet location yet near to the A11. Well appointed room with high quality en-suite facilities. Excellent breakfast. Good parking. Evening meal at the local village inn was a pleasure.
