Too much noise from street in front on the building

At times, it got a bit warm at night, which could be uncomfortable since there was no air conditioning. Additionally, late check-in isn’t allowed beyond their designated hours. However, the contactless check-in option was a great feature and made the process smooth and hassle-free.

The apartment was in a very convenient location, with easy access to food and groceries thanks to the nearby Lidl. It was also cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

There were a few housekeeping hiccups - one toilet lights did not work and one hairdryer did not work. Lights were fixed the next day. Opening the balcony door is tricky and you do need someone to show it. We also had the fire alarm going at 2pm which turned out to be a false alarm. Would have been good to have the Management sending us a note of assurance the next day.

The property was very clean and was similar to the pictures. Loved the little balcony . The kitchen had all the required equipment and a very good size fridge. Lovely apartment. The bus stop was a minute away. We were fist given the fist floor and then shifted to the 3rd which was lovely. The change was very well communicated and they even took the trouble to send an email and WhatsApp to ensure we have not missed it. Thank you 🙏 A bit away from the city but if you plan your travel it’s not a problem.

Really not impressed that no door code was sent and I had to call for it. Got quite stressed that I couldn't access apartment with children waiting outside

It's a shame the accommodation is located in a secluded area. Wasn't easy to find at all. Also, found some dirty dishes, and in some places it was a bit grimmy, especially the kitchen door units.

Absolutely loved the accommodation. The beds were super comfy and very well equipped with all essentials like coffee pods, cooking oil, salt and pepper, fairy liquid, sponge, cloth, bin bags and all toiletries, including toilet rolls. Lift facility in the block of flats and parking nearby with Lidl 300 yards away

It needs some maintenance for some small repairs. It also needs some deep upholstery cleaning as it seems it’s gone too long with just superficial cleaning.

Very spacious and quality of appliances, furniture and bedding was great. Apartment feels cosy and is well decorated with character.

Location is a little away from any tube or train station. Although bus stop is below and taxi also avilable.

Well cleaned and fully equipped apartment. Good security system. Table fan was very useful as it was a little hot.. near by supermarket avilable and also some small restaurants are there. One safe locker should be there to keep valuable and passport.

Nothing in particular. Everything was just fine . Only beds were a little too soft for me.

It was a nice clean apartment with all the necessities. Supermarket Lidl is just nearby for all grocery needs . Bus stop is just outside the exit gate making it very convenient to get anywhere in to london . Stander cycles are also just 5 minute walk. Location is serene and peaceful yet in the centre of london . Overall very good

The only small issue we had was with the water in the showers not staying hot but it was not a major problem.

The apartment was so beautiful! We stayed as a group of 4 and it was perfect so spacious, very modern and clean. Would definitely go back again :)

it's not very close to the city center, but not a big issue as the quality of the accomodation is worth it. (30 mins by bus, if you need a daily travelcard buy it the day before). The apartment can be kinda noisy at night as a big street is very close and the windows dont do a big job at insulation. We had a little issue with the hot water, which was easily solved and the response of the host was super quick.

Wide spaces and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is also pretty new (recently refurbished). Very clean too. Bus stop to go to the city center just in front of the apartment building. Lidl supermarket 3 mins walking Tesco supermarket 10mins walking.

Just location wise need to use a bus/taxi to nearest tube as not a tube nearby but Ubers really cost effective so no issue for us - property itself great

The 2 bedroom apartment is so gorgeous, really comfortable beds and spacious, really clean and perfect space for a night or couple of nights. Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher - a really lovely little London find at a great price

The apartment is very warm. The road was quite busy and noisy.

The apartment was very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. There's a bus stop pretty much right in front of the block. Lidl is about 5 minutes' walk. Tesco is about 10 minutes' walk.

The area near the apartment did not feel the safest after dark for families. The smashed glass on the apartment door frame entry did not increase our safety concerns.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. The directions to apartment and the apartment manual were very clear & straightforward to understand. It was well furnished and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking (even though we did no cooking!)
