Really excellent location- in the heart of the old town and walking distance to the beachfront and old town. The room was well decorated, spotless and comfortable. Nice toiletries and appreciated the coffee/tea/snacks left for us aswell

Our group booked 3 rooms at the Old Town House. Each room was furnished to a high standard with luxurious bedding and towels; nothing had been forgotten. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms quiet. Anne was at the house when we arrived and was contactable online throughout the booking process. The key card system was simple and easy to use. The rooms were air conditioned or heated however you chose. Location was ideal being right in the middle of the Old Town, minutes from the beach with restaurants, cafes etc on the doorstep. Parking at the Morrisons car park was also minutes away and just £6.60 for 24hrs. After leaving, one of our group found she had left an item in the room and Anne was able to retrieve it and post to her the following day. We all very much hope to return to this amazing property and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

The trade stalls set up quite early and although they weren’t noisy, someone kept turning the engine of a car over constantly which woke us up!

Lovely property, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and great communication from the Host. Difficult to find any faults so will just mention being on the top floor after a night out! 😁 Thank you for your hospitality

The hosts, Anne and Mark, were super helpful with any queries that we had. The digital key made access to our room very easy. The room had a beautiful bathroom with everything you need in there, including a vanity kit which was super helpful considering I forgot my makeup cotton pads. Also, the BnB is next to a pub but we couldn’t hear any noise at all.

Great spot, centrally located. Lovely room, skylight in very clean, modern bathroom (upside of being on the top floor - had to climb a few flights of stairs which was fine for me with light bag). Asked and received early check in - thank you. Anne happened to be there and was very friendly and helpful.

I did expect the room to be bigger - the price of the room was a little on the pricey side considering there was no front desk and other facilities !

It didn't bother me but it is on the top floor and there's no lift so if you have heavy suitcases it would be difficult. I had a car so had to pay for parking at a car park down the road. It was quite expensive

This little room was right in the heart of the old town just a minute away from the beach. The bed was comfy and cosy and very clean. The area was safe and there's a great fish and chip shop just round the corner.

Not sure about the remote check in / lack of front desk. For the price being charged per night would expect a bit more live service.

Room was really nicely decorated, spacious, clean. Bed very comfortable, bathroom nice also. Room wouldn’t be out of place in a 5 star hotel. Feel it could be marketed better (Ezestays sounds a bit budget)

No negatives about the accommodation, just a recommendation for anyone needing advice on parking, the streets surrounding the accommodation are all restricted (Mon - sat, no parking without permit until post 6pm unless you’re only parking for up to 2 hours). As soon as restrictions lift, there is space on the street to park, so what we did was go and park in Morrisons! You can park in there for up to 24 hours at a time via Ringo but the only negative to this is that they actually shut the car park with full on shutters. So fine if you don’t need access to your car overnight but otherwise you then need to move in the evening to the street parking etc.

Amazing location right in the centre of old town, walking distance to anything and everything you needed (independent shops and restaurants in the old town, close to the edge of Cliftonville, stones throw from the beach, minutes walk from the main high street, and a massive Morrisons nearby for any grocery needs). The actual accommodation itself was so clean, the owners were so lovely and accommodating, the process for check in was extremely straightforward and being able to do it in advance was really great. Couldn’t recommend enough. And the TV even had guest accounts for some of the streaming services (which we very much enjoyed using). The shower and its water pressure was also one of the best we’ve ever experienced!
