The steps out of the shower would benefit from more anti-slip measures.

Easy to find. On street parking was close by. We were able to find a restaurant for supper and picked up the makings of breakfast from nearby Aldi and Tesco.

Apartment room door lock was a bit fiddly! No other issues.

This was a self-catering apartment. Kitchen equipment was adequate and easy to use. This is a relatively quiet part of the town but within easy reach of the sea-front.

Some paintwork required .(by mirror)Settee damaged in a couple of areas.Front door glass broken. Key safe number guard broken.Steps quite steep to studio,wouldnt be suitable with walking aids.Nothing to dampen our stay but need to be fixed . Couldn't get food on Saturday as there was a private function on.

Not a huge criticism, the quilt was a little too high a tog for this time of year (August) but it was a very hot day/evening when we stayed.

The overall property was fantastic, spacious, and clean and in a perfect location for us. We booked this location as we wanted to attend Seaton parkrun on the esplanade and it was a couple of minutes walk. The 10.30 check out was perfect as gave me time to shower after the event.

Would have been nice to be told the bar/restaurant not open on Monday and Tuesday (the days we booked) as advertised a bar/restaurant on site. Slight damp part in corner room

Great location - it’s just around the corner from the beach and an ideal starting point for the Seaton to Beer coastal path. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Had a lovely few days staying in the studio at the Old Picture House and was reasonably priced. It's was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee, which was supplied on arrival. Close to the beach and all amenities. Would definitely stay here again

The pebbles outside the entrance were a little difficult for my wife to walk over as she has a balance problem. The bathroom door is somewhat difficult to open from the inside. Otherwise delightful accommodation!!!

Accommodation was bright and clean and the beds were comfortable. Cutlery and crockery were ample for our needs. The shower and bathroom were clean and functional. Would recommend to small groups or a small family.

The OLD PICTURE HOUSE accommodation was not open Monday- Wednesday so we could not eat next to where we stayed. The menu looked great. The stairs to the accommodation are steep.

The only issue was the location which was near the coast but led to the noise of loud seagulls outside the window from 5am.

A lovely clean apartment well located near the sea front. It is small but has a well facilitated kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed and helpful staff.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby busy main thoroughfare through Seaton. There were also people walking right by the door , often talking on their phones etc, and this was in the lounge itself. So it was not very relaxing, as I was tired upon arrival. No other complaints though!!
