Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe pull-out cot ended up not being warm enough, but we all fit in the big bed. Next time, I think we should prepare better and bring an appropriate sleeping bag.
The location was gorgeous; each tent was well enough apart for privacy; the fire pit was a perfect addition to the experience; a heated blanket on the giant bed meant three of us stayed warm through the cold night. The toilets are not close to all tents and require a walk, so waterproof shoes (or urine bags) might be a good idea in very cold weather. It was a very unique experience. We hope to come back when we can also take a blacksmith course.

United KingdomStayed in a tent- good value but grounds could've been tended just a bit , even though it is wild glamping as got bitten by flies quite badly. Toilets and shower were super clean.

United KingdomThere wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay.
Beautifully set out bell tents, comfortable and clean. Far enough away from other guests, made us feel as if we were the only ones there. The Hub has all the kitchen facilities needed including your own cupboard full of plates, mugs etc. The toilets were kept clean and well stocked with paper, soap. Can purchase firewood and charcoal for a Barbe/fire pit. Dave was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Loved our daily visits from Rusty ( their dog ) who lived to greet the visitors too. Excellent pub/restaurant just up the road too.

United KingdomEverything. Difficult not to like this place - it's perfect. Only 4 bell tents which ensures calm and quiet time. The views are wonderful, bell tent and hub designs are wonderful. The only bad thing is we only had 1 night to spend there. Definitely coming back!

AustraliaNo towels provided even though on this website it states 'linen provided'. Poor headroom in the tent made worse by a macerate decoration. Unless you move the chairs you can't sit on them as your head hits the tent roof. (Yes, I know it's a tent experience.)
Lovely comfy bed with an electric blanket that we were grateful for. Very good camp kitchen. Mowed paths with solar lights for night time guidance.

United KingdomEverything was perfect.
Really wonderful experience. Beautiful tranquil location. The yurt was in a little zone all on its own so felt very private with parking right next to it. The yurt was super spacious and has the most comfortable bed! There was areas to sit and relax and a table and chairs to play games or eat which was so great as we got very unlucky with rain so it was good to have so much space and zones in the yurt so not to feel trapped. Outside there is plenty of room and direct access to the pond (sadly we had to avoid several doggy poops, which is a shame people are not more conscious of clearing especially as you have to keep your dog on a lead so I don't know how they missed it). To the side of the yurt is a really large private hot tub which was wonderful. There is a kitchen equipt with everything you need and a nice clean indoor shower and toilet. The little village close by has a fantastic store, take away and pub, which felt like all you needed for a couple of nights. Surrounded by lots of places to visit. The old smithy offers little lessons to make things, which sounded fun. They also have a little shop with all the essentials you could need. Would 100% recommend.
