There was nothing wrong with our caravan stay. The only thing that could be improved by the site itself would be the WiFi as it didn't work and there is no phone signal!

Excellent caravan ideally located for Snowdonia. Equipped with everything you could possibly need, even down to the little things such as towels, soap, washing up bits, little night lights for the kids. Spotlessly clean in every part. Lovely little touches from Lorraine for painting a memory rock to leave there - my daughter loved this. Communication was really friendly with Lorraine and instant replies. Felt very welcomed by her. Caravan had lots of books both kids & adults, card games, pens pencils colouring, board games, lovely little touches for those evenings in. Heating is very strong and heats up quickly. Cupboards full with all plates, bowls, even ones for the kids. The site itself has a heated outdoor pool, play park and bar on the weekends. Honestly I couldn't fault this caravan at all. Very reasonably priced too.

A great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was definately a bonus. The owner went out of her way to ensure we got the shower working which was down to our own stupidity lol

Super clean and tidy caravan. Lovely and cosy with great facilities. Location is beautiful and not far from the town where there are supermarkets and shops. Lorraine is super friendly and ensured everything went smoothly. My daughter and I absolutely loved it and we will definitely be back again. Thank you Lorraine.

I wanna thank Lorraine(Host) very beautiful person with beautiful heart. Started our journey at 17:00 from West London breaking down (engine failure) 50miles into the journey, started journey back from scratch after recovery after 00:00 past midnight. Caring Lorraine was checking on us throughout this situation giving us options. Upon reaching 06:00 in morning, opening the door of caravan all tiredness disappeared as it was beautiful inside with every details & all amenities, I have been to many caravans but this one I would visit again & recommend, it was very comfortable & relaxing. Host has put heart & soul to design it. Thank you & God bless you Lorraine.

I have no negative feedback about the property itself only that the Wi-Fi kept dropping but I guess that’s to be expected on a shared network

Very nice, clean, and comfortable caravan, we had everything we needed for our stay. The children loved the pool and the park, and the beach was really close. Very good communication with the owner. We will definitely come back when we'll get a chance. 🥰

There was nothing bad to report, the only grumble was trying to connect to the Wi-Fi which we couldn’t do but not a big deal for us
